We were surprised that we had to pay for the parking separately as the parking was just at the hotel and didn’t provide any other separate services. We were also not that impressed with the breakfast (coffee was not great, there wasn’t much food left).

Close to the city centre, very kind and professional staff, great cocktails on site, very clean rooms and convenient electric charging station available. Luca at the reception was so helpful when I was looking for recommendations for a hairdresser and everyone went out of their way to make us feel at home. Exceptional hospitality. We also got to discover Ivrea thanks to this hotel and we are always thinking of coming back.

The hotel and staff are exceptional. Everything is very clean, staff is very professional, friendly and helpful when we needed advice. The location is also perfect, close to the old centre. I would come back here anytime!

Unfortunately, we just missed the restaurant by minutes. Also, there was a burst pipe just outside the hotel and there was no water available to shower or for hygiene in the morning. Whilst we know that the hotel was not at fault, we thought discount on our bill would have been a satisfactory offer to compensate us, but the receptionist refused and took our details to pass it onto the manager. We haven’t heard anything back. We were discounted the parking charge of 5€, but I don’t think this compensated for not being able to shower in the morning.

The hotel is very nice. We were travelling to Florence and booked as we were passing very last minute. We were delighted with the place.

The neighborhood is not the best, but at least you have free parking close to the supermarket in front.

Nothing really, perhaps a bigger outdoor terrace area for evening drinks, but apart from that, I’d be back there like a shot.

What a find this was! We were staying for a one night stopover and wished we stayed for a long weekend. The hotel was great from start to finish, all staff were attentive from reception to waitress and bar staff, the food was gorgeous. Plus, Ivrea itself, what a gem of a town to walk around. We only had an hour or two in the morning but would have loved to stay longer - in 3T. A very comfortable room a very short distance from the centre. Thank you.

This is a first class hotel. The highly professional staff provided service at a level you would only expect at the most expensive of luxury hotels, yet the price was quite reasonable. Our room was very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, elegantly served, real espresso drinks (not self serve from an automatic machine) with an excellent choice of foods. We will return!

The bathroom lights were awful. I get the mood and modern lighting but my husband couldn’t see to shave and I couldn’t apply my makeup.

Very nice hotel! The location is perfect if you want to explore Ivrea by foot. It is possible to park at the hotel, but one can also to use the Lidl parking which is right opposite to the hotel. The staff is very friendly.

IN MY OPINION AS THE HOTEL IS NOT SO CHEAP, I FOUND A LITTLE BIT STRANGE TO CHARGE 5 EURO TO PARK THE CAR OUTSIDE, IN FRONT OF IT THERE ARE FREE PARKING FROM LIDL SUPERMARKET, I PAID BUT IN MY OPINION THEY CAN CHARGE 5 EURO MORE FOR THE ROOM IF THEY REALLY NEED THIS 5 EURO A DAY.. ONLY THIS SMALL MATTER TO BE ARRANGED
