This stay was probably our favorite of the whole trip to italy! The service was exceptional and Francisco made sure we had everything we needed. Check in was easy and from then on we really enjoyed our stay. The accomodatons included with the room were great, along with water, wine, snacks, and a yummy breakfast!

Everything was perfect. Francesco is an excellent host—kind, patient, and eager to assist with anything. The room had delightful and warm surprises. Breakfast was delicious and made with love. I highly recommend this location; it couldn't be better. 10/10

The road was a bit noisy at night but didn’t stop us from having a good sleep

The room was spacious, clean and modern. The bed was a bit firm but comfortable. There was a choice of firm or softer pillow. There was a complementary mini bar which had beer, wine, water and soft drinks. Nuts and chocolate. This was a lovely touch. The bathroom had toilet, bidet and large shower. Toiletries supplied and also a hairdryer and straightener. Great shower. Full continental breakfast include, sandwich, pastries, yogurt, orange juice, boiled egg & coffee. Room had a Nespresso machine also. Good communication by host and thank you again for allowing us to store our luggage prior to check in. The hotel was a small walk into the hustle and bustle of Trastevere where there were great restaurants. We walked to and from the train station when arriving from the airport.

It wasn't the owner's fault, but the other guests in the apartment weren't too quiet after 12-1pm, but I guess you can't control that.

The cleaning was made everyday. We had everything in our room. The wine from the house was delicious! It was close to the center and in a quiet area.

Loved everything

I absolutely loved everything about our stay. There’s truly nothing negative to say. This place was perfect. Francesco was an exceptional host, welcoming us with a bottle of wine, beer, and thoughtful snacks. Breakfast was delicious and well-rounded, offering a generous variety that covered all the essentials of a complete meal. The bread, in particular, was fantastic. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a wardrobe with a safety box and iron. The room also had a small fridge with fresh water. The entire place was spotless and had every amenity we needed for a comfortable and relaxed stay. Room as per pictures advertised.

I liked everything.

Awesome property. Very clean, modern, in a nice part of the city. Amazing hosts—complimentary bottles of wine and snacks were a great touch!

Very conveniently located by Trastavere with great links to Colosseum and central Rome via the tram. Staff were really helpful with late check in and they even do a free breakfast (although we chose to gorge on pasta and pizza instead).

Only a minor thing: the lights of the ceiling in the room were very intense. The room was not completely dark because the lights were still visible even when they were not switched on.

Very clean, convenient location (tram closeby to get to historic centre of Rome or 30 min walking distance + close to train station to get to the airport), 10min to Trastevere centre. Hospitality: welcome snacks, great communication with host. New towels and toilet paper every day.

The best place I could imagine. Everything is made with care on people. Coffee machine, breakfast, full fridge with some drinks, wine as a present, even hair straightener in the room.

Loved everything!

I loved everything about our accommodations… Francesco took care of everything from stocked snacks & drinks in the fridge to toothbrushes and house slippers. The room was very modern and clean! Bathroom shower was big enough for 2 with 2 rain shower heads! 2 blocks away from the middle of Trasverte … and bus/tram run right in front of property. Best room in our 7 day trip in Europe

Very good location, close to some of Rome’s most beautiful places. Eazy to reach the historical center with 2-3 bus lines(although it may get really crowded on rush hours, it’s not bad). Staff very reaponsive and welcoming. I’d recommend this stay for being best cost/service!

There are many good restaurants nearby and only around 15mins walk to train station or bus station just few mins away. We had a great stay at this clean and new renovated place. Fransesco was very responsive and also kind enough to let us store our luggage as we arrived before check in time.

The bed could be a bit more comfortable- it was a little too firm

Didn’t realise it was 3 private rooms in an apartment, initially worried that it would lack privacy but this was not the case at all. Did not hear or see other guests.

Beautiful room, amazing communication with host. They were very accommodating, met all our needs. Lovely bottle of complimentary wine in room.

Beautiful, spacious room and very comfortable. Trastevere is a really nice neighbourhood. Close to the train to Fumiccino airport. The staff was also very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Maybe have a little more variety in the breakfast foods. Some way to have hot eggs would be nice.

Everything is as the pictures show. Bed is comfortable, large shower, separate bathroom is nice. The hosts are very responsive and want to ensure the stay is enjoyable. Location is good, easy to walk to lots of restaurants in Trastevere.

Our stay in Trastevere Luxury Rooms was great. The room was very clean , it had everything we needed and even more like iron and an ironing board, toothbrush and toothpaste,... Our host Margherita was really nice, she was always available and helped us with everything we asked. The location is perfect, bus and tram stops are in front of the room and the room is a few stops away from the Trastevere train station(where you can take the train to/from Fiumicino airport) and on the other side just a few stops away from Piazza Venezia.
