The housekeeping was not done properly. When I checked in, I still dealt saw there was a used contact lens attached on one of the hotel provided shampoo bottle on the sink counter top. Kettle, coffee machine and fridge are in common area, not inside the room. No coffee was available on my day 1 morning.

Great location close to the train station. This for me was a must because I had a very early flight and needed to catch the train to the airport at 6am. It is also 10/15 minutes walking distance from the old town.

This is not a suite so the label is somewhat misleading. It is a room in a shared apartment and the bathroom is not ensuite. You are provided with a key to the bathroom which is outside in the hallway. The shared fridge in the hallway is very small so would not be adequate for a long stay. The elevator is very very small and is the old manual double door type. It required a key to operate so I took the stairs

The room was clean and had a nice view of Piaza Aldo Moro and Bari Centrale train station from the balcony. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessary toiletries The airconditioning unit worked very well and made the room comfortable. Access to the room is by coded box and is an easy process It is the perfect location if you have an early train to catch from Bari Centrale which is less than 100m from the address

When all the apartments were occupied the hot water ran out at times.

The location was excellent. A short walk from the station and easy access to local bars and restaurants. Everything within walking distance including the sea. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Our host was easy to contact and provided helpful recommendations for restaurants. .

The only thing I could have asked for was a more comfortable mattress. Other than that, the location was an excellent value.

The Train Suites is incredibly convenient if you are traveling to/from Bari by train, and the location is right next to a lovely pedestrian zone with cafes, shops, etc. The room was meticulously clean, but it should be noted that the room we had had a private bathroom that was not adjoining, but rather was across the hall. The manager, Daniele, was very kind, and gave us great suggestions of places to eat and kindly stored our luggage for us for a reasonable fee while we explored Bari during the day. He was also very helpful in giving me the contact information for taxi drivers.

The room was smaller than it looked in the pictures and it was quite old. No fridge in then room just a tiny one in the hallway- for all 3 rooms. Shower has mould and after a few days the drains started to smell.

Check-in was unacceptably difficult. Property had only given me a phone number to call to arrange delivery of the key. I wasn't given a code for the key box. I called the number numerous times. Sent a message via Booking. Called number of other location in the building across the hall (Bari Rooms). Owner answered promptly and apologized that he had no info for Train Suites. After nearly two hours, I was looking for hotels online and heard noises inside the unit. I buzzed and buzzed the doorbell. Another guest answered the door and told me he'd been given a code on AirBnB. I told him I had no code. Then he said he had the owner's cell. He texted the owner and called him for me. The owner answered this number, which was not the number I'd received in my message. He gave me the code over the phone--something he should have given me in the message from Booking.com. Then he immediately said I had to pay the city tax of 6 euros and berated me for not having an WhatsApp account. His colleague texted me on my Italian number and nagged about this. No apologies for their failure to give me the code in advance or the number that the owner answered. To make matters worse, the owner told me my bathroom was not in my room. It was private with its own key, but it was two doors down from my room. (The two other rooms had bathrooms in the rooms.) That information was not at all made clear in the description. I would never have booked a room without a bathroom inside. The room was adequate--though the bed was shoved up against the closet, which made it impossible to use the closet. There was a small refrigerator and coffee/tea maker (though no tea bags) in the small entry area. It was like staying in a very overpriced youth hostel. Do not book this place.

Couldn't get in. I coordinated with the host by text the day of about my late arrival and they confirmed. But when I showed up, they didn't answer the doorbell or the phone. I was locked outside in the rain. Booking.com helped cover a different room.

At the beginning when we were searching for accommodation we select this place because it was possible late check-in till 12pm, but it was missing information that we will be additionally request 10 euro for the late check-in. We receive this information after we made the reservation and sent information for approximately arriving time for check-in.

The location was perfect 2-3 minutes from the station. The host sent us all needed information for check-in in time and was contactable late at night by phone. The room was clean and comfortable and the view from the balcony was nice :)

Description doesn’t match the real situation - these are not suites, but small rooms. Coffee machine, kettle and mini fridge are outside the room in the corridor. Bed is not king size and it was uncomfortable. Bed sheet was not clean. Towels were black which is not hygienically best option. Shower is too small and inconvenient with the rain shower head.

This was the perfect one-night stop after arriving by train from Rome in the evening and for an early morning departure. Conveniently located right by the station and a pedestrian and central street and very close to the old town where we enjoyed a late dinner. The bed was extremely comfortable and made for a great night's sleep. The host was so kind and accommodating with the few additional requests we made.

The location is perfect situated. Just 2 minutes away from bus and train stations. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the room was big, the window had an amazing view.

The only complaint is that our toilet was outside the room, but it was only ours and we had the key, it was neat and clean.

Everything was nice and clean, we agreed on everything easily with Daniel. The location is great, especially if you plan to visit around, as the train station is close by.

Originally, we booked a 30 m2 room with a private bathroom on Bookings.com, as it was advertised in the listing by the property owner. However, upon our arrival, we were assigned a 15 m2 room with no bathroom at all. Additionally, the person who escorted us to the room also provided a second key for a so-called "private bathroom," which was not located inside the room, but across the hallway with other rooms. The premises of this accommodation is simply a large apartment split into three rooms, two of which had bathrooms (and potentially kitchens), while the one we were given did not. This setup was extremely uncomfortable, especially at night, as we had to find the keys, put on our boots, and get dressed just to go across the hallway to the bathroom for basic needs, which inevitably created noise and disturbed our fellow travelers. This led to a miserable stay, and I wished for it to be over as soon as possible. The room was also advertised as soundproof and with an extra-long bed, which is not accurate. I could hear people watching TikToks on their phones at 1:00 AM, and while it was not particularly loud, it was possible to hear everything happening behind our neighbors' walls. This was so frustrating that I had to knock on the neighbors' door to request them to cease the noise. Additionally, the bed provided was not extra long as advertised, but rather a regular size. Furthermore, the wardrobe mounted inside the wall was useless, as the bed took up most of the space in the room, and the wardrobe doors wouldn't open to put the clothes inside. Considering these factors, this accommodation did not offer good value for money. We felt misled by the property owner, and I am very disappointed with the experience, making me hesitant to book properties on Booking.com in the future.

Location is great - very close to the railway station, numerous shops, cafes, and restaurants. Friendly staff. Nice view from the apartment - and that's about it. The rest is awful.

Sometimes the water was not so hot as we wished.

Location is top and we were able to go out, drink a coffee and have croissant with pistachio crème. All bus and train stations are near, you are on the main bar and shopping street and you can easily reach everything. The room is fine, has all you need. Be aware to have adapter for the electronic devices. If you forgot we found out we have on the dryer. We were very pleased with our stay. The host is very polite and answered our questions quickly.
