A fabulous hotel in the centre of the old town. Fantastic location. Matteo the owner was so helpful & easy to contact by what’s app. He helped us with directions, parking, trips & lots of information about Polignano. The breakfast was delicious taken on the roof terrace with amazing views. We highly recommend & would return.

The room was a little bit small & a balcony would have been lovely

A really well-located apartment in the heart of the old town. The room was big enough and had a very nice balcony. It’s a light and airy room. The ease of going out and being directly in the old town is unbeatable. Also very close to Lama Monachile. The staff is extremely helpful and sends you a bunch of locations and recommendation, they have free maps on the premises that you can take with you.

There wasn’t a coffee machine, only a kettle. In Italy most properties do offer you at least a coffee machine with some capsules, so to me that’s a minus cause instead of starting the day on the beautiful balcony I had to go out and find some coffee first. The bathroom is rather small and the shower is in the middle of the bathroom, so you basically have a space closed off by a shower curtain that creates the space of your shower. The shower cable was weirdly short, so even though you could take the showerhead off, you couldn’t really use it other than in the position it was in. Not a big deal, but maybe important to some.

Matteo's was a wonderful host, made a delicious breakfast including meats, cheeses, sweets, croissant, fruit, cappuccino, and more! The room was just perfect for a couple night stay and an easy walk from the train station!

Rooftop terrace for breakfast was charming, well stocked and delicious. Fantastic location right across from a $1000 / night hotel!

Host Matteo was very welcoming and the charming little place is in a great location in the heart of town. Breakfast on the rooftop was fantastic with lots of home cooked delights in the selection.

Matteo is a caring and generous host who makes sure everything is just right. The breakfast on the terrace was made with love and was delicious. The location is perfect and the room was comfortable and had a lovely view. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Small room and bathroom/shower but comfortable enough for short stays.

The location was great.

The owner/manager had a personal problem and so we had to be let in by the owner of the store next door. The owner should have a contingency plan for when he can't be there. We were stressed out with the "self-checkin". Also, a small room. The larger problem was that my camera, charger and a bottle of wine were stolen. We can't say that with certainty that it happened at the hotel, because we didn't see it happen, but somehow from the time we checked out, and the time we checked in to the next hotel, we realized that my things had been stolen. It's a mystery!

I loved the roof terrace, the view was stunning; the owner - Matteo -was a gem: he was very approachable and helped me when I had to stay a couple of hours after the checkout due to smart working: he allowed me to work from the roof terrace:-); the self- check in was very easy which I appreciated it; the location is perfect for dinner, breakfast, and for night strolling with a gelato ;-)

Super central location, so it was easy to get around the town. Staff was lovely

Bed needs an upgrade (sleeping on slats) and because of the central location, it was very very loud (earplugs helped).

Great location, very close to the old town (literally one minute walk) and outside is a Main Street of restaurants / bars / shops. Close walk to Monachile beach. Good breakfast on the roof each morning. Owners were very kind and helpful with the check-in and letting me store my bags after checking out. Room cleaned each day. Good wifi connection.

Nice room but a little expensive for the facilities. The bed was only a thin mattress (a proper bed frame but mattress similar to a sofa bed mattress).

Excellent location in the heart of the Sassi. Beautiful, cavernous room with a little courtyard. Ample breakfast in room. Great staff.

Very central and a short, easy walk from the central train station. Our room was clean and welcoming. The staff were warm and friendly. Matteo was very kind, friendly and excited to share information about his town. He answered any questions we had and responded very quickly when we messaged him.

It was centrally located amongst many cafès, restaurants and walks to the sea and lungomare. A good breakfast was available on the rooftop terrace that provided a small sea view among the rooftops of Pulignano a Mare. Our host, Matteo, was very helpful to our every need. He provided good recommendations and booked a boat tour of the caves along the cliffs that included pickup and return very near the BnB for only €35. The boat tour was excellent. Captain, Giovanni and his translator, Nicola are the best. It was fun and fascinating. My sister and I will stay here again!
