The air in the bathroom

This is a small apart hotel on 3-rd floor with 5 rooms alltogether. There is a lift. We spent in this place almost 2 weeks. The breakfast was served to room according to previous order. The choice for breakfast not too big, so we have the same food all days. WiFi perfect. Localization perfect as well. Something wrong constructed in the bathroom, because very often was not fresh smell. Personel very friendly.

Comfortable place to stay in Rome. Good location, the bus stop is just in front of the hotel. Air conditioner works perfect. Room is really big.

No kettle in the room, which for the price paid was a little disappointing at first, but they found one for us on request! Breakfast was okay. Food for fuel. I was a little surprised when they asked for the room key at 08:00 on our last day, when check out wasn’t till 11:00. They told us they wanted to give it to the next guest, but check in isn’t until 14:00. I didn’t feel comfortable with having the key be given to a different guest before we left, so they let us keep the key till 09:00, but it did sour things a little (they did apologize). The walls are also very thin, so if you’re a light sleeper, maybe not the place for you. We could hear people coming and going at all hours.

Clean, air con worked VERY well and location was in good range of everything we wanted to see. Helpful and polite staff. Great shower.

Bed wasn't the most comfortable but was fine for a few nights. Not much natural light in the room but wasn't a big deal.

Shower head was broken. Had a subtle weird sewer smell in the bathroom. Pricy but that’s just all of Italy these days.

Decent and clean stay. Staff super lovely. About a 20 min walk from the Vatican, 40 mins to the colosseum. About 10-15mins anywhere by taxi. Good restaurants and bar around the block.

Nothing, all was great

The room was the best we had in 6 weeks of traveling around Europe, the owner Marcus and his employee James were incredibly helpful. This complex has only 5 rooms, so it's very personal and quiet. It's right on a bus stop also so getting around Rome was very easy. Plenty of stores, cafes and restaurants close by.

4 keys needed to enter when all gates/doors were locked. The shower did not drain very well.

The bathroom, though modern and very clean, the shower sprayed water all over the floor, which was slippery and with no bath mat I had to use the smaller of 2 towels as a bath mat.

The accomodation is of a very high standard and in a great location close to all of the main attractions but also in a quiet location. This is our second stay here and will definitely return.

The electric fireplace was not working properly (not warming up the place and at the same time was making crackling sounds).

It is not the first we choose this place. Quiet area, central location, close to restaurants and tourist hotspots easy to reach on foot. The room was very clean, nicely decorated, very comfy beds. Staff was very friendly and helpful. In particular, Marco helped us a lot to settle some of our private issues. Good breakfast served in room at appointed time. Will for sure come back.

One afternoon I had to deal with the smell from the draining pipes in the room, but it was bearable. Also my room (room no 1) was quite noisy, as it was next to the main entrance and the breakfast area. This resulted in waking us up early morning. Also note that the street below is a busy one and good soundproofing is absent.

Very frieldnly staff, helpfull and welcoming. Location is great next to lots of cafes, bars and restaurants and a walkable distance from most of the atractions.

The access, but it is a old building so nothing they can do about it, it adds to the character. Would we stay again, yes we would.

The location is perfect and the staff are friendly and very helpful and polite. Marco the owner is very informative. The staff we couldn’t fault at all, especially MJ she was lovely, and very accommodating.

The bathroom was terrible. The overhead shower didn’t work, the vent was so disgusting that I chose to clean it, and there was no room at all for toiletries for two people. we tried to use a small stool to make it work but there was barely any room for that (or places to hand towels.

I was satisfied with the security, the room size, the staff, and how quiet it was.

Difficult to find from street. It's three floors up, and the signs are small and hard to spot. The hotel is only 5 rooms and it shares a building with businesses and residential.

Location location location. Marco is also very nice and the breakfast was delicious. Room was clean and private.

Appartments location is very easily accessible and you can walk like 10min to get to many fampus attractions. Stafd was very friendly and welcoming.
