Curtains for the tall windows were see through without a total dark second curtain option. A bit concerning at night, as we assumed that when our lights were on at night others from the building across may be able to see through the sheer curtains. Slow elevator and TV channels almost not existent. Many dead channels unable to scan for only those with programming. Nothing major, just observations.

Best location, walking distance to everything. Very spacious room with high ceilings and super comfortable bed. Luxurious hotel details, like the rain shower head. Staff were very friendly, especially the people in the breakfast room. Food choices were excellent and accommodating of vegan and non-vegan options. I loved the practical minimalist decor, made everything feel balanced. I would stay here any time. Thank you!

The hotel was very noisy at night and it lacked basic items, like Kleenex. Despite nice modern decor, the AC was was not strong enough and the pillows was not comfortable.

We loved the location and the proximity to everything. Breakfast was very good. The bed was comfortable. Staff were helpful.

The location was a bit noisy while trying to sleep, but it may be related to our specific room.

The property was clean and comfortable, but small. The staff was very friendly, pleasant and helpful. It was very close to shopping and the tourist sites. We would reserve again if we came back to visit Verona.

Amazing location, wonderful staff and exceptionally clean!! Breakfast was excellent with a vast variety of food. Staff were wonderful, so accommodating with any request we had. Overall was a fantastic stay, and will certainly be back.

I wish hotel offer a complimentary water and slippers/bathrobe.

Great location, very clean and modern. We had a nice corner room, pretty comfortable bed/pillows and a big bathroom with a window. Staff was nice and helpful, they offered to us a valet parking for $25 euros per day, as well as covered city center driving permit. Breakfast was pretty standard, good but nothing special.

super location, super breakfast, excellent restaurant recommendations from the staff, very comfortable newly fitted out room, huge comfortable bed, and yes we will be back. Everything in Verona is just a stroll away.

Excellent location in the city centre, although I was not there for tourism. The hotel has been fully renovated and very well done, spacious room, great facilities, good aircon, very good wifi. A great welcome to breakfast in the morning from the gentleman there (sorry I did not get his name) checking the room numbers and making the coffees :-). As I could not get a late check out, the hotel offered a small meeting room for my business video call for an hour, much appreciated.

Location is simply the best! Right at the historical center of the city, 5 min walk to everything. Spacious rooms, very clean, nice breakfast. We liked everything!
