There is no pool included in the property. We booked the property because it says there is a swimming pool but this actually access to the local private members pool and costs €20 per day to enter.

Giuli was a perfect host. Nice breakfast and great location. Balcony overlooking the lake was lovely.

Tosca House is so close to the ferry port, also 5 minutes walk from the train station. Our host was tremendous, very helpful and willing to help in anyway. Breakfast on the balcony was great.We enjoyed our 4 nights , thankyou Giuli ☺️

The breakfast was minimal but adequate. The host was very pleasant. Breakfast served on the balcony was ideal, with beautiful view of Lake Como even thou we were a 1/4 mile from the shore. Balcony was shared with another room, however we enjoyed the company very much. Note: Ask for the balcony that faces the lake.

Prime location overlooking Lake Como and right in front of a bus stop . Close to the waterfront and restaurants within walking distance. A 2-minute walk to the ferry which takes you to other cities on the lake, such as Bellagio and Menaggio. Close the some of the main attractions of Varenna, such as the Lovers' Walk and Villa Monastero. The hostess, Giulia, was very polite and helpful, giving us lots of information about attractions and things to do in Varenna. She prepared a very good breakfast every morning, consisting of coffee, yogurts, jams, pastries and other.

Gulia was an amazing hostess gave us information about what to do and see in verenna. She made us breakfast on the balcony, overlooking the water. Which one's lovely and good. She went above and beyond. The viewers were lovely and it was very close to the bus station and train station.

Loved Tosca house! Nice spread for breakfast (served around 8:30/9am), the host was so kind and accommodating. She allowed us to drop our luggage off safely before the check-in time. The place was cozy and inviting. Great location. Would love to stay again.

The morning breakfast was delicious and owner was extremely accommodating. She was incredibly organised, friendly and very knowledgeable about the area, giving us lots of recommendations on where to eat and what to see. She’s truly a wonderful host. The location is also fantastic and close to everything we needed!

Easy walking distance to everything and the apartment was absolutely lovely. The owner was so sweet and thought of everything, even packed us a breakfast to go. The view of Lake Cuomo is unbelievable.

There is no air conditioning in the room, but since we stayed during the spring season, it was not a problem. However, those staying in the summer might want to consider this. Additionally, the bathroom may need renovation as the flush system is not very strong. Lastly, there was a delay in breakfast service, but the host apologized for this. Everything else was exactly as expected in terms of price-performance, and it is still worth considering, especially for its location.

The house is very beautiful, and the rooms are quite charming. Everything you might need is available. The location is perfect, right next to the Varenna train station. The host is very attentive and sweet. Overall, we were satisfied.

The location is very close to train station and ferry terminal . The room is clean and cozy and host is super kind to us . Impressive in pack breakfast she arranged for us indeed. Highly recommended!

Perhaps a shelf in the shower would be useful, but this is only a suggestion as it was a lovely place to stay.

The location is ideal, near the railway station and the ferry. Restaurants and shops are in easy reach and the balcony gives a beautiful view of Lake Como. Giulia is a very nice and helpful host, who gives excellent directions and recommendations. The breakfast was a good variety of items and a generous amount of food.

The breakfast was included, but the lady owner didn't turn up with the breakfast so we had to go out for the day without any breakfast which wasn't too nice. She did apologise for the slip Up.

The property is located really close to the train station and the ferry,easy to find if you ask the host to provide details before you arrive The view is amazing, the house is a nice welcoming one. Of course it could use some improvement, however for a 2 night booking it was just perfect The host is really nice and helped with everything from advising on nice places to see, good restaurants and always asking if everything is fine or if we need something additional I cannot say anything about air con because we were there in late march when it was cold, but i can say the heat was on so no issue there.hot water as well was not a problem at all
