Everything but in specific the personnel, the girl who attend us was exceptional, she help us with everything even with maps and tips of the city, staying in rome is overwhelming but with her help we handle this easily. The room is confortable and big with everything.

Price was a bit steep especially with the exchange rate. Better signage would make it easier to locate. On the first day, it took a while for the person to respond to the front door buzzer and let us in. The door is on a busy street and standing there waiting for 5 minutes or longer for someone to respond to the buzzer while you have all of your luggage was not fun.

Valerie was the best. She took care of all of our concerns, made it easy to get into the room even with a late arrival, set up a driver to the airport at 5:40am, and gave us a room with a view. She makes the place special. In terms of the facility, it's location close to the Colosseo, the market close by, the cleanliness of the room were all great.

We were in a ground floor room, so we did not have a window/view. That was truly the only thing missing. It was offset however by having a larger room.

The best part of the entire experience was Valeria. She is a wonderful young lady who made our experience the best. She was very informative and personable. She made sure we had everything we needed and arranged for our transportation to and from the guesthouse. The breakfasts were great, the room was large and clean, and the location (short walk to the Colosseo with a grocery store nearby) was convenient. A/C worked fine and was a big relief with the oppressive heat of our July stay. I would recommend staying there.

The location is great and super close to the colosseum which is amazing, but a lot of the other attractions in rome are an hour walk away. Expect to use the Metro or Ubers to get to other attractions.

Val made our stay so pleasant. I can’t say enough about Val and her upbeat attitude & how helpful she was. She gave us great suggestions for eating places & best transportation They were very accommodating and helped us anyway they could. The property was at an excellent location and close to everything. My husband and I had a great time. Valeria and Aurora welcomed us with a wonderful smile. Beautiful, clean room with a magnificent view. Yesterday when I booked I saw a review from a few days ago with a score of 2 out of 10 but it is not possible, I think the customer was really wrong, this little guesthouse is 10 and I recommend to those looking for a quiet, clean and welcoming place to book here in Rome. If I could have given 11 I would have given it that score too. Ciao !

There were not so many furniture to place you baggage towels etc.

The people working was great and really helpful to give us advice regarding what to do in Rome. They were really calm and polite. The property was really good located next to Colosseum (only 6 minutes walking). Really great place to choose for a stay.

Really nice and very clean place with super nice staff. Room was comfortable and bright, cleaned daily. They welcomed us with cup of cappucino and tips about the area. It’s close to the metro station, bus and tram and you have Colosseo in walking distance. A lot of nice caffes and restaurants near by. It’s not strictly in the old city center and for me it was a big plus, as the neighbourhood was calmer and less crowded.

Everything was perfect - location, accommodations and most importantly the staff! The place is very nice, everyone that works there is amazing, super friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, warm and clean. The location is great and quite close to the centre. Moreover, Valeria was very kind and helpful with our late check-in / early check-out, and left us breakfast before the checkout. Everything was great!

The location is perfect. Bedside it's near many main attractions, a lot of markets, cafes and restaurants were nearby, as well as the Termini station. The room was very clean, without a speck of dust. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We loved it.
