The wash basin had problem with the water flow and I informed the staff about this.

The property was very clean, spacious and well-located especially if you have an early morning Bernina express to Chur to catch.

Location close to the Bernina train station. Spacious, clean apartment with all the necessary amenities, with a mountain view, and Pamela, a host, paid attention to all the details to find the location very quickly and informed us about the important locations in the city.

Great location easy walk to and from station about 5mins each way, however it is a little hard to find but locals are friendly don't be afraid to ask. We were in Room 1, Room 2 has a washing machine if needing one

Everything is new and clean. Very spacious rooms, great view from every window! Electric blindfolds make sleeping a pleasure along with a nice and comfortable mattress. The building has an elevator. Close to the train station, restaurants and pastries.

A wonderful apartment, new, modern, with everything you need. Very conveniently located, close to both the historic center of the city and the Swiss train station. Keys were easily picked up from a combination box. I regret not staying longer.

Tirano is an absolutely charming town and the apartment is excellent, new and spacious, extremely clean and equipped with everything you need. Because I traveled around the winter holidays, the little ornament and the lights were a very nice touch and made my heart happy. The apartment is very well positioned (a few minutes) from the train station where you can take the Bernina Express train. Communication with Pamela was extremely easy by whapp, she sent me clear directions about the location of the apartment with photos, gave me information about attractions in Tirano and restaurant recommendations. I promised myself that I would return to this wonderful place as soon as possible. Thank you, Pamela!

Just one minor point: there were no dishwasher tablets, but this wasn't a big problem as we could wash dishes by hand.

I was particularly anxious about the lack of instructions in English regarding accommodation issues. Although there was a booklet with various instructions, it was only in Italian. I didn't want to constantly communicate with the host, so it was stressful. For example, I didn't know what to do with the garbage, organic waste, and recycling. I didn't know what to do with the keys during check-out. Additionally, because the weather had turned cold, the apartment was a bit chilly. The heating, as the host told us, would start at the beginning of October, and the air conditioning in the bedroom never worked. It may have malfunctioned on our end; I don't know. Small improvements would make the apartment more complete.

If you are planning to travel with the Bernina Express, which is a fantastic experience, this accommodation will suit you perfectly. It is centrally located in Tirano, very close to the train station. It is spacious, clean, with a very comfortable mattress for sleeping, and in a safe location. An advantage is the private parking provided by the host.

Very nice modern apartment with secure parking close to centre of the old town. Owner recommended nearby Parravicini restaurant and we had a great meal there at a very fair price. Enjoyed a walk around the area which has some interesting churches We drove here from Lake Como via St Moritz and the Bernina Pass. Stunning mountains with a topping of freshly fallen snow ( on 9th September... snow!!!!)
