The location was great! It was near the metro station and high speed rail station. The bed was comfortable and room was a good size with a small refrigerator. The owner was very easy to talk with and understanding since I checked in late in the evening.

The accomodation site was very conveniently located, close to the Tiburtina railway station (as we were able to take the train to Florence pretty easily after our stay) but also close to the historic centre (20-25' by the subway). Everything, from the cleanliness to the amenities of the room, was great. The breakfast provided was adequate.

It is not that we didn't like it, but the breakfast won't be enough if you like to have a whole meal in the morning. This wasn't an issue for us because the neighborhood is full of bars and restaurants. Even for having a nice dinner you can find great options.

The location is perfect and super well connected by train, bus and metro. It takes like 30mins from the city center or even less. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom is a bit small but nothing that would make your stay unpleasant. The owners are super friendly and flexible. You can leave your bags upon your check out and pick them up when you need it, they will open the door for you.

I was surprised that we had to pay the city tax when we checked out, because I thought that it was already payed, but Simone explained that it was not so, and the explanation maked sense. Eherything was nice in the end. Thank you Simone!

The room was spacious and the bed was confortable. The bathroom was well equiped with everything we needed. The room was quiet and very nice. Near the hotel is a good restaurant that opens only during the evening. The food was great.

We loved our stay in the place. The place is very safe and is quite accessible though it is a bit far from the centre but it is just a two minute walk from train so that makes it really good! I have a one year old baby and the room and the bed is comfortable. The kitchenette is well stocked with breakfast :)

Aircon didn’t work. It switched on but no cold air at all. Was up all night soaking towels to bathe my children’s heads as they were so hot. I specifically booked a room with aircon knowing the weather was expected to be very very warm. Due to our late arrival, and by the time we had found food it was gone 12.30am so I didn’t feel I was able to contact the owner to try and fix the issue.

Good location and breakfast was nice. EasyJet cancelled a flight and put us on a later one which meant we arrived after the reception desk had closed. Property owner was very accommodating to our late arrival and instructed us how to enter the property. Appreciated that a lot!

There was refrigerator, but it wasn't working, instead of it we had small fridge (without freezer, like mini bar) and it was barely cold. We wasn't able to use washing machine for clothes because it was with mildew inside. Also there was fungus on the walls in the antechamber. Apart from that after you flush the toilet the water splashes from the tank.

There are two bedrooms with air conditioning. It was very comfortable to sleep there. Good localization, close to metro, train station and bus stops.
