Everything was top notch from the service to the hipster rooms to the warm water it was fantastic. The breakfast was top quality with a huge selection, we loved the common areas and the zen music for a comfortable chill vibe.

It was a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. The hotel it's a gem💎 in this wonderful place. It's a first time we have visit the abano terme and we will definitely keep it in mind for the next times as a stop before returning to our country. Everyone on the stuff is extremely welcoming, friendly, helpful. Of all the hotels across Europe we have been, it was the only one that made us feel as comfortable as at home. Well done to all of you, it was a pleasure to meet you!! Very clean hotel and room, amazing pool with hot thermal water, fantastic and very high quality breakfast! We didn't expect such service at breakfast. Thank you for your gift, we appreciate it.

Fantastic second stay here. The staff are so friendly, the room was large and quiet and the breakfast was excellent, especially the fresh fruit and vegetable juice. We also really appreciated the evening aperativi and the poolside snacks. The location is fantastic for evening strolls around Abano Terme.

I would love the flexibility of late check out...that's just cuz I like pools! Not much else not to like.

The room was very comfortable, clean, well appointed, and quiet. The breakfast buffet was varied and dinner menu had good choices. Staff was professional and welcoming. The spa area was quiet and massages were excellent. Loved the pool. Will definitely come back; well worth the price.

Really relaxing and nicely furbished hotel that has a fantastic thermal pool and spa treatment. The staff is so welcoming, warm and friendly. We’ve been to a lot of places, but here trully the staff stands out. Everything seems so easy, and the overall energy of the hotel is so inviting and cozy. We had a small balcony, free parking, nice breakfast buffet, and reservations for private spa. It was Perfect!

English translations were few and far between in person. Could have provided more around the room and at reception. Minibar is only free if booking directly with the Hotel which we were not made aware of even after several days of using it (this was later rectified but the information was still missing). TV isn't smart so stuck with Italian tv channels.

The rooms were a good size for a double room. Towels and toiletries provided and replaced daily if required (towels only if necessary but toiletries and minibar were. Breakfast was over 4 hours which meant you could enjoy it at your own pace and not be in a rush. Food items and levels were kept high. Staff always about if you needed anything or any information. Pool hours were 8am till midnight, they did have a poolside ordering service. clean and well maintained pool and outdoor areas. Off road parking is provided and large enough we always found a space.

I wish they had provided better directions for reaching the property. The commuter train from venice woukd have been cheaper and easier than the Padua to bus they recommended
