The room was basic and shower was tiny. Large light didn't work in our room. Also the neighbours were loud but I knocked on the wall and they were quiet.

The room had a small balcony but was rather small, the double bed almost covered it all. Curiously, I had to go up and down a few stairs to enter it (it was probably a budget room).

Nice hotel, close to Central Railway Station, metro and tram. I arrived early and the room was ready.

Asian guy that works at the reception was a bit rude.

There is a beautiful green garden on the back. We checked in one hour earlier, the room was bigger than we booked but the only one available at that moment.

Very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful, had all we needed for a weekend break, 5 minutes from the closet metro stop and shops with a lovely little garden. Even had a lift to the top floor.

It did exactly what it said on the tin, basic, fairly clean and decent value for centre of Milan with a simple breakfast. The shower room leaked under door into room, like a slip & slide but it done the job for what was needed. We didn't expect the ritz, nor paid for it so was as expected.

The air conditioning in our room wasn't working well on the 1st night, so the room was very hot. We had to the keep the door open going to the balcony all the time. It was a very hot day of 36 degrees. We told the staff about it but unfortunately he said it won't be fixed till the following day. We couldn't sleep so we had to go at the room of our children downstairs. They tried to get it fixed the next day. It was just fine but didn't really get that much cooler. Thank God we only stayed for 2 nights.

The staff are nice. We were able to leave our luggages for a few hours before and after check-in. The rooms are clean. There is a lovely garden where you could relax. And the hotel is walking distance from Milan Central train station.

The breakfast was not that varied, not really worth the money. The room was kinda small and the bathroom was not that great, but it was ok for the money.

The staff was speaking English perfectly and was really nice. The garden of the hotel was beautiful. Also, we could store our luggage even after our check-out and that was amazing.

Steps in the hallway from the elevator to the room. Steps inside (!) the room. This fact is important to know, but does not affect the positive assessment of the room. The air conditioner has only on / off position.

Great location, less than 15 minutes from the Central station, but place is quiet. Easy to find and walk from station. Clean and functional room. Large balcony.

Excellent location within a walking distance to Milano Centrale, yet super quiet. Really good breakfast - European style - yummy pastries, cold cuts and cheeses, yoghurts, fruit and espresso. Good sized room, though a bit simple and dated.

Everything was okay!

The rooms are clean and tidy, suitable for a short stay. Our room overlooked a beautiful garden. The staff is extremely friendly! The breakfast is okay, but with a very limited selection – still, fine for a couple of nights.

There was a gap below the entrance door which made the noises outside a bit too loud — but that did not affect our sleep as during the night it was quiet. The bathroom had a funny smell (but not that noticeable), and the bathroom door was really loud when opening which would wake up the partner during the night. The breakfast was good but not that much variety - more vegetables would have been nice.

The location of the hotel is great. Just 5 min walk to the Milano Centrale where you can take the train to other locations or the bus to the airport. The staff was really helpful, kind, and nice. The backyard has a beautiful garden where you can take your breakfast or relax. We were fortunate to have the room with a balcony that had a view towards the garden. The area around is beautiful with amazing architecture. Easy access to the metro station. If you ask the front desk you can get a hair drier and probably other amenities.
