We loved our stay in Verona. The apartment was beautiful. Great kitchen and the balcony views (especially the sunset) were glorious. Room was huge and an extra effort was made for our room to be ready early.

Nothing.

Everything. My room had an additional seating area which made it very spacious. The communal area was very light and opened on to a terrace with seating and a beautiful view. The whole apartment was very tastefully furnished and decorated, I loved the stained glass inserts. The communal area was really well equipped, so much attention to detail everywhere.

We didn’t realise it was all shared facilities so if wanting to cook for example you are potentially eating with people from the other rooms. This really didn’t matter to us though as there were plenty of places to eat out in Verona There are road works outside the property which made it more difficult to access by road but don’t be put off by this as we didn’t hear anything from it when we were staying. Few hiccups like no hot water but this was resolved instantly when we raised it so can’t really fault anything at all- would recommend as a base in Verona 100% if you want the flexibility of self catering

Great location approx 10 min walk to centre of Verona so a peaceful location Staff were lovely and really kind - explained where the sights all were and were always on hand if needed help from them Lovely view sitting on the balcony with a coffee listening to the church bells ring across Verona - a perfect spot

Verona stay was great. I felt comfortable and cosy. Everthing was well organized and the view was beautiful. Especially Sandra showed me warm hospitality and kindness. I would like to stay again if I come back Verona.

The dug up road outside but this was not the fault of the apartment owners.

Spacious, in a good location and with an amazing view of Verona old town. Sandra was welcoming and helpful and provided lots of extra snacks and good coffee.

Lots of roadworks going on outside, even very early on Saturday morning. Bars across street stay open very late and are very noisy

Amazing place, close to the most relevant places in Verona. The apartment is clean and cozy. The area is full of life with a lot of nice bars, clubs, restaurants. But the best part is the host, kind, available and flexible. A nice place to be in Verona!

Sandra, the host was great, got a complimentary bottle of wine and a cake as it was my birthday. The shared space is nice w fully equipped kitchen and an exceptional balcony with perfect views over the city. The location is outside the touristy centre but 10-15 mins walking distance from the main attractions. Plenty of local restaurants and bars nearby. The suite we booked was spacious and clean.

The advert could be more specific that parking has to be booked. However, there is a parking garage in walking distance at the same rate, so it is not a huge issue, and the host does point this out. In saying all this we were able to park there for two of the three nights.

Location is Excellent. The views of the old city from the top floor are fantastic (360° views of Verona). Kitchen is well appointed (although communal - but while we were there we never saw anyone else use it). Highly recommended for anyone visiting Verona.

Water is not coming out in straight lines from the shower.

The location and inner courtyard parking. The host was very accommodating and allowed us to check-in earlier, he also provided good restaurant recommendation.

how a wonderful place! clean and spacious, the view from the terrace is stunning! there is a 5 minute walk to get to the old city. tha parking option in the court yard was helpful for us. the owner is very friendly. i definitely recommend kairos room

Good to know that the apartement is actually three rooms that are rented meaning the kitchen, livingroom and balcony are shared.

Very good location. 5 minutes walk to old town and city center. Dennis very attentive and easy to communicate with. Amazing view from the apartment. Fully equipped kitchen with all you could need. Supermarket 5 minutes away. Bus station just outside the door. If you come with car there is a parking space located at the inner courtyard for 20 euros a day.
