Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesNeighbors can be heard when they are cooking if you are on your terrace, but not the fault of the facility.
I loved everything about this property. Air conditioning, comfortable bed, kitchen, big window with nice view. There is a bus stop very close by and with a short walk you can catch the train at the Bari Zona Industrial stop to Polignano a mare or into Bari central. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby and beautiful sandy beaches blocks away. It is outside Bari, but quiet and better beaches than closer in Bari. Staff was so nice and accommodating.

IcelandWe really enjoyed the stay! Excellent people who own this! We walked 4mins to the beach, best focaccia from Granforno and delicious croissant from Caffe Mania. The room was really nice, comfortable bed, clean, and had everything we needed! We really recommend this place, everything you need and lovely owners❤️

PolandThe room was very clean even in the smallest nooks and crannies. The owner greeted us with a bottle of wine left in the room, which he showed us when showing us around the room. The room had all the necessary amenities. It was equipped with coffee, tea and the kitchen contained appliances for leisurely meal preparation. We were provided with towels and toiletries. In addition, the owner provided us with beach towels. I highly recommend

LuxembourgAppartement was spacious and clean , had everything I need coffee machine, the fridge. Also the owner took me from the airport and back. It’s really close to the beach and bus station (bus 53 goes to the city centre). For the bus you’ll need to buy a ticket in the tabac shop (you can’t pay in the bus). I really recommend sea food restaurant on Spirito de Patate has a nice terrace with sea view and it is 300m away from the facility .

CanadaThey show up only to collect the taxes and ask you if Tutti Bene the last day while their room is in front of yours. The coffe machine is capricious, the stove takes 30mn to boil water and nobody to ask how it works. no Microwave... Booking must frame this kind of B&B where owners are interested of client's money only... we don't need to endure difficulties while we spend money and suppose to be on vacation!
Rating in Booking does not reflect what this place offers! The owner is rude and has bad temper. He does not speak a word of english. I was about to cancel my booking if his wife didn't show a little bit of kindness and respect and I needed to sleep after 9 hours of plane, 6 hours of train, and one hour bus... The place is far away from Bari's Centro. The bus 53 is always late and takes 35-40mn to go the train station so almost 1hour to go and 1 h to come back. So if you don't have a car don't go there. But it is clean and the bed is comfortable eventhough they don't make the room at all.
