Ciao Tomáš, thank you for sharing your detailed feedback! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed our amazing location, the cleanliness, and the modern feel of the rooms. It's also great to know our staff left a positive impression with their helpfulness. We totally understand how the natural light (or lack thereof) can make getting up a bit harder. If you'd mentioned it, we could have moved you to a dorm facing the sunnier side of the building. Alternatively, our friendly staff is always happy to provide a sweet wake-up call—though it might include a little serenade or the promise of a hot cappuccino! Thanks also for sharing your thoughts about the shelf by the bed. We’ll keep this in mind as we look at ways to improve comfort for all our guests. We're glad to hear that you appreciated the individual amenities next to each bed and enjoyed the comfy bed as well as the complimentary drink upon check-in. We are sorry to learn you felt cold in your room and did not use the heating system that can be controlled directly from your room. What is more upon request we can provide an extra blanket if needed, just do not hesitate to ask. Regarding the cleanliness issue in the bathroom, having stayed one night only in a shared dorm you probably arrived after the bathroom had been cleaned and used by other guests. Maintaining cleanliness is a top priority for us and when the bathroom is cleaned daily it is cleaned to perfection, still upon request our 24 available staff is always glad to clean it again and again if needed. We appreciate your valuable feedback as it helps us improve our services and facilities for future guests. Cia Katerina, thank you for having stayed with us and for your amazing review. It's a pity though you did not ask us how to adjust the temperature in your room since you could have switched on the heating without any impediment. Every room has its own control panel from where you can set the temperature you would mostly enjoy.
