The hotel is at San Giovanni area, which is out of touristic center and the local feel around the hotel was great. The place is in a traditional yet well looked after Italian building. The room was spacious and stylish designed. The shared kitchen was very easy to use and clean. The team was very helpful. We loved our stay there.

Before commenting on the venue, I would like to thank Daniele for being such a great host, for being accommodating, patient and for the support and the nice gesture we received. The appartement consists of 3 rooms if I remember well and a shared kitchen with coffee machine supplied by free capsules and cookies every day. Pros: - Accommodation squeeky clean, you can walk barefeet and your feet won't catch a single dust, room cleaned everyday, and with such care and devotion... kudos to the maintenance team you are AMAZING. - The flat has everything needed, every room has a private bathroom, in the shared area you can find iron, microwave, fridge... - Very good location, close to beautiful restaurants and coffee places, close to a central metro station and many bus stations. You can reach all points of interests within minutes by bus or metro, vatican around 30 to 40mn by bus depending on the traffic. - The flat despite located on the street, has nice isolation system so we didn't hear any noise from the streets. - The host was amazing, lovely personality, seamless communication, clear instructions, very nice recommendations shared, keep up the good work Daniele.

The room was fairly small, the mattress very soft but this is a matter of personal preference.

Lovely staff, quick response on WhatsApp throughout booking and staying, the place (ie common parts and our room/bathroom) was maybe the cleanest place I've ever stayed in. I met two of the cleaners who were delightful. Sheets and towels changed every day of our four-night stay. Also room was MUCH quieter at night than we were expecting for Rome. Easy-to-operate and quickly-responsive air-con. Fantastic shower with (hurrah!!) powerful handheld bit for proper hair washing and hygiene. In the lobby were complimentary snacks; plus bottles of water for a euro. The area - supermarket, pharmacy, great restaurants reasonably priced all within a few minutes. Easy buses into centre, tube also.

First and foremost i would like to personally thank Daniele for ensuring checkin was seamless with clear instructions The room was super cute and clean and so was the bathroom The common area has coffee machine with free coffee, tea and biscuits which i think is super cute and friendly. I loved loved loved the place. It was super clean and convinient. First, there was no one physically there to checkin as we arrived after 8 pm. This is mentioned in the description so no complain. Please pay attention that this place does not have a proper meaning of luggage storage as you’ll leave your luggage in a common area which other tenants have access to it ( there are three rooms in that specific unit which has a common area in which fridge is located there and shared with two other tenants).

The property was in a good area and it was super clean. The bathroom was spacious. The property manager was responsive in a timely manner.

This place is perfect to stay in when you visit Rome. Everything is clean, nice and comfortable. Danielle is a super host, who gives you recommendations for restaurants, places to go etc. He is very kind and helpful, we could find the place very easily thanks to the guide he sent us via WhatsApp. The view from the room is nice and the bed is comfortable, maybe a little too soft to my liking but that's just me.Some said in the reviews before, that the room is noisy. Well, I think it's good as could be. The traffic is huge in Rome, doesn't matter where you stay ( I mean in the center of Rome), of course you will hear it but this room has new, modern windows so that helps a lot. Location is great, only 3 metro stops and you are in the heart of the city. The area is safe with a lot of shops, restaurants, breakfast places. We loved here. Thank you so much!

Very well maintained apartment in a nice area. The apartment is with highly specifications. We love it. We will come again. Very clean, spacious and quiet. Daniele the host is very professional, kind, accommodating and helpful. Always there to help if needed. Daniele also gave us a complimentary wine too. The apartment is quiet. Elham is very kind too to show us around in the apartment and clean the room daily. Gave us new towels daily and gave us the informations we need during our stay. With complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits in the kitchen.

Everything was great, from the meeting to the service. During our stay, the bed linen was changed twice. The owner surprised me with a nice gift for my birthday. In this apartment, they try very hard to take care of your comfort and all the necessary amenities.

Loved the bed and the overall feeling of the place - it felt authentic and very well situated. Everything was reachable by foot, the area was quite and we slept like we hadn't in a loooong time. 10/10

Traffic noise from the road outside apartment - it was advertised as a quiet residential area. We were in room 1. I would say room 2 similar but room 3 would be facing courtyard garden and quieter - probably a balcony also. Mattress was soft. Sadly I incurred back problems on the 2nd day which did not help sleep value.

Room - changes of linen and clean towels each day - tea and coffee facilities (communal between 3 rooms) were first class as was use of refrigerator for personal items. Nice personal touches and Daniel was an excellent host who responded quickly to any questions we had

It was perfect!

We booked this property purely due to the number of good reviews. We haven’t stayed in a guesthouse before however we were honestly so impressed! Daniele, the host, was absolutely incredible. He got in touch prior to us arriving and sent clear instructions of how to find the property. The property is located in the San Giovanni area and we felt really safe even at night. It is a residential area and gives you a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the city centre! It was about a 20 minute taxi ride to and from FCO airport. The property itself was so clean. There is a shared kitchen area with teas, coffees, biscuits, fridge and microwave. Lots of water bottles in the fridge too! The bedrooms have a private bathroom and shower. There is shampoo and body wash available, plus a hairdryer and iron. The cleaning staff did a wonderful job of cleaning our room every single day while we were out! Fresh bed sheets and towels - perfect after a long day out! We read lots of reviews about Daniele - all so true! He spent time showing us a map of tbe city and how to navigate our way around easily. It's about an 8 minute walk to the nearest metro and you can get to most sites within 20 minutes! There is also a taxi stand within a minute walk. Opposite the property was a wonderful cafe where we went for our morning pastries and coffee! We would honestly recommend this property to anyone visiting Rome!
