The location was perfect for accessing Cinque Terre on the train and well located for meals in the evening in La Spezia. The host mad her own Croissants fresh every day for Breakfast. They were amazing.

In the rooms closest to the railway, you can hear the trains passing through. I would advise to wear earplugs (offered by the hotel) if you sleep lightly.

Perfect location, as it’s within walking distance from the train station and the city centre. The room was spacious, clean and modern and the host and staff was friendly. It also included a basic breakfast. Overall it was perfect for our trip to Cinque Terre.

It was very loud the first of 2 nights due to a family party right outside our room. That was frustrating but the owner apologized and said it would not happen again. The next night was quiet.

Even though Google Maps shows the location as being right across the tracks and station, there is no way to directly get there. You have to walk around and take the bypass. Be aware of this. Also, the staff were too much of sticklers. Just after we checked out, my aged mother wanted to use the bathroom. They would not allow it. Would’ve been sweet to let her do so.

It was self contained. Had almost everything as mentioned. Good location. You can purchase parking on site also. The staff were kind and allow for the car to remain for an hour or so longer.

Chose the hotel because it is close to the train station. Very nice room. From the outside the building looked booring but inside it was very nice and fresh. The owner came with coffee, croissant & juice in the morning. A very nice little garden at the entrance.

The breakfast was decent, but there’s definitely room for improvement. While the quality was good, the selection was quite limited. Adding more variety—such as fresh fruits, different types of bread or pastries, and perhaps some local specialties—would really enhance the overall experience and better cater to different tastes.

The location was ideal—just a short walk from the train station, making it super convenient to get around. If you're planning to visit Cinque Terre, La Spezia is definitely the best place to stay. The room was spotless, the shower was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly. They answered all our questions promptly and were always ready to help. As a lovely touch, they even gave us a small gift at the end of our stay, which was really thoughtful.

All was good. Light sleepers can have a problem with the trains that run by and sometimes blow their horn. Personally we did not had any problem with this and for those who can have a problem with this, there are earplugs provided in the bathroom!

The distance to the trainstation that brings you to Cinque Terre is just a 5 min. walk and to the center it is just a 10 min. walk. The room was nice, (for us) big enough and clean. The bathroom was also nice (with a rainshower and a handshower. Breakfast, not a buffet (also not to be expected) but good enough to start the day. The focaccia is very tasty!

Directions to this location need to be improved from the bridge The breakfast was continental (basic: 1 piece of focaccia & 1 croissant, 1 glass of jice and one coffee). A second cup of coffee required extra payment.

Location is very convenient for train station access and close to the centre.
