There is not a single thing that I can think of that was wrong.

The property is nearly new with all the modern conveniences. It is very clean and styled beautifully. It is also very secure with a security guard downstairs 24x7. The host was very helpful with advice on nice places to visit in Rome. Overall I would recommend this property as one of the best that I have stayed in.

The apartment is amazing - thoughtfully appointed (fully stocked kitchen, luxurious bathroom, comfortable bed, washer and drying rack on balcony, ample closet space, perfect central AC, fast WiFi for remote work), in a tranquil and modern building, with convenient off-street parking available (so rare to find in the center of Rome!). The best part, however, were the wonderful hosts. Igor and Natasha were so accommodating despite our nightmarishly delayed incoming flight and early departure, offered great suggestions for things to do and to eat in the area and around Rome, and were very easy to communicate with throughout our stay! We'll be making the Rabbit Hole our home base again the next time we're in Rome!

Everything is new and clean and works perfectly - and as a very frequent traveller, that’s very unusual!! Igor and Natalia are perfect hosts, good security including a porter service and of course, it’s amazing location with regular trams and buses

The apartment has inner courtyard view and the inside can be seen from other hallways. This is not a big problem though, it's just how buildings in Italy. Moreover if you spend all day outside, in the evening you can just use the curtains for privacy.

The location is superb, really close to tram and train station, lots of really good restaurants nearby. The apartment is very cozy and nicely designed. Igor, the owner is a wonderful person, he recommended us local attractions and good restaurants. For early breakfast there is Bar Bargoni near the building, with good croissants and coffe. Also nearby there is Seu Pizza Illuminati, top rated pizzeria. Igor also recommended us the escape room nearby: Game Over Escape Room. We did 2 rooms and it was a thrilling experiences in our last night in Rome. On Sundays there is also an open market down the street wich has all kinds of interesting stuff. My partner and I loved our stay in Rome

There are not enough words to describe how much we LOVED ‘The Rabbit Hole’!!! Igor was the most gracious host, always giving wonderful suggestions on how to best enjoy the city!! The apartment was VERY clean. There was a kitchen equipped with all the cookware, dishwasher, and utensils, Nespresso machine etc.. It also has a nice modern bathroom with a rain-head shower, Tv with Netflix, a comfy bed, washer, balcony, a beautiful rooftop deck and more! We also loved that the building was new and had 24 hour security

The apartment was lovely and very modern, and had all the required amenities. We had no issues during our stay. The host, Igor, is a very kind and helpful person. The check-in and check-out was very smooth. Igor waited for us until we reached at the apartment at 3am(we reached late due to the delayed flight) in the morning to handover the apartment keys. And he came to see us off at the taxi after the check-out :-). He was always available on WhatsApp for any help or information. He made our stay so wonderful.

If you are like us and like to walk all day and just use the apartment to sleep - than this is the place for you. It's not really handy if you want to pop back to the room in the middle of the day as you'll need to walk for 15, 20 minutes from the main attractions.

The apartment is super modern and clean. The whole building is brand new with an impressive lobby. Igor was super friendly and gave us some cool tips, even though it was our 3rd time in Rome. Make sure you go out to the roof on the 8th floor - it has nice panoramic views.

The apartment has everything needed + the highest standard of clearness. It is a fantastic place of five-star hotel like quality in terms of hygiene and hospitality with convenience of apartment (such as equipped kitchen, laundry machine etc.). The host was very friendly/welcoming, flexible and always reachable. The location was also nice, only a few meters away from grocery store.
