Room had many mosquitoes and while I requested spray, it was not provided. Had to source my own after being bitten all of the first night

Room was in an excellent location and looks exactly like the pictures. Champagne was provided, as well as some other treats too. Bathroom is small but very clean and bathtub in the room is great.

We loved it! I would only suggest adding two foldable suitcase stands.

It was a beautiful room, very simplistic and comfortable with a huge set of windows that open to a small private garden. We felt very safe and absolutely loved the street it was on with adorable cafes and a view of the Duomo. It’s very close walking distance to so many things including the David. We had a late train and there was a small lounge we could hang in and leave luggage in while we went to lunch.

The room is in a perfect location for all of the best spots in the city by walking distance. The room was very charismatic and had all the things we needed. The staff were super friendly and kind, going out their way to help. Would definitely recommend to a friend and stay again in the future

Some small issues with plumbing but staff was excellent and dealt with it immediately.

Beautiful large room with high ceiling and fresco. Very comfortable bed with good linens and feather pillows. Small fridge and kettle for tea and water. Excellent coffee making and lively cups for nespresso pod coffee. Very simple but well balanced room. Excellent location in the shadow of the Duomo but closer to the University and Museum of Anthropology. Felt much more like a real neighbourhood and not over touristed.

Very close to the city center, you can walk everywhere. They are excellent at communicating, I was able to reach them whenever I wanted. I especially thank them for their restaurant recommendations. If I go to Florence again, I will definitely stay here.

Room had a brief humidity smell, probably it is because at ground floor or not used much during winter. Small problem with shower, water not draining properly. But overall no big issues.

Only one chair in the room, not enough for 2 people. The shower drained very slow, and the water emersed my feet when I took a shower.

The location was great, five minute walk to Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. The room was spacious and beautiful. There were daily cleaning services. The staff was very enthusiastic and responsible. Loved the welcome drinks.
