Our stay at the beautiful lake suites was truly unforgettable. We had a fantastic stay here! The suite’s location is perfect—conveniently situated between Gardaland and Movieland, both around 20-mins walking distance. The room was spacious and comfortable for four, with a minimalist design that we loved. It was spotless and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping that felt almost like hotel service. Our host was friendly and attentive, providing breakfast croissants and refilling the minibar each day with coffee capsules, water, and fresh milk, which we really appreciated. The suite strikes a great balance between a B&B and hotel, with thoughtful details and a beautiful aesthetic throughout. Excellent job, and we’ll definitely be back!

The location was great ! Right near the lake and close to the local restaurants and places nearby...the host Danielle was really helpful and was great throughout our stay and and accommodated us very well. Recommended !

The room is big, clean, well designed, and very comfortable. The owner is very nice. The minibar and the breakfast is a surprise! Although it's not at the center of Simirone, but I still super recommend it(better with a car). I really hope to stay longer!

The Lake Suites, Lazise, Lake Garda What a gem!! There are no words to describe how perfect this gorgeous place is!! Greeted with a smile by Daniela, polite, chatty and down to earth. After a tour of our suite, which has no faults at all, we were left to enjoy a complimentary glass of fizz after our journey. Brilliant recommendations of local eateries and bars which also did not disappoint, on our final day, after check out we were able to leave our bags in the back room while we embarked on a boat trip! Overall, there are no faults whatsoever. Daniela and the team have done a remarkable job! The best place we stayed on our whole Italian road trip!! We will be back!

The room was perfectly clean. For the first time I did not have a bad feeling letting my baby crawl all over. The bed was extremely comfortable and the windows were very well isolated that we almost haven't heard the street noise. On our next Garda Lake stop, we will surely consider stopping here again. 😊

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house, everything is new, very specious rooms, clean and with all the thi gs you need - and even more. The breakfast was perfect - in our room with good coffee, yogurt and they even brought us fresh croissants from the bakery in the morning. The location is very nice, you can go to a lot of places from there. The family is lovely!

From the second we walked through the door, Carla was professional, warm and welcoming. We arrived early seeking to drop off our bags and were thrilled to discover that our room was ready. And what a room. Comfy bed, spacious room, a free mini bar and all the amenities that we needed. We chose to stay because of the perfect location halfway between Gardaland and Movieland theme parks (roughly 20 mins from each.) Carla even help us with our onward journey too. What a find!

Maybe the street in front but inside it was not a problem

The historic building was renovated with many engagement and style. It was looking as when i was the first visitor. Personally i like the location. Close to crowded Lazise but away enough to enjoy differently the Garda lake. Restaurants in the neighborhood makes everything easy.

Super friendly greeting and very bright and well appointed rooms. Everything was clean and basically brand new. Lots of attention to detail and just a short stroll to the beach, with some good restaurants just a stone's throw from the location. Would definitely stay here again!
