Everything was perfect. The apartment with all the amenities, clean and well-appointed. Private parking. Courtyard with air-conditioned access, elevator. And the balcony is a 10. Hats off.

The host was very responsive and accommodating. She arranged to pick us up and drop us off at the airport, which was very convenient! We felt at home in the pretty apartment. The bed was so comfy and the bath towels felt luxurious. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe to walk in, going to and from the nearby restaurant after dark. Quick 10-minute drive to the Fiumicino airport. The only regret is not being able to stay longer!

Few late night planes passing over the roof. But is close to Airport so we knew it will happen.

We stayed only one night but this apartment is in good location even for longer stay. 10min drive to Airport and 30 minutes walk to the beach and town. Train from airport is in central Rome in 30 minits .Good restaurants around . A+

I couldn’t have picked a better place for our last night in Italy. Christiana was so pleasurable and explained everything. This apartment was so clean and had everything including a welcome bottle of water! The balcony was tremendous and had a washing machine. Just a nice place to sit outside. Parking right outside your door in a gated area was a plus for us. This apartment was one of the best places we stayed in our 5 weeks visiting Italy. Just wish we stayed here longer. Do not hesitate booking this apartment.

Modern and very spacious with excellent facilities. Cristiana was an extremely helpful and cheerful host. Nothing was a bother for her and she was very happy to pick us up from the airport and take us back to the airport the next day. A couple of very good restaurants within walking distance of the apartment.

Cristiana is great host . The location is perfect if you have early or late flights to beat the city traffic . Cristiana was very helpful in getting us checked in late. Great recommendations and she went above and beyond to get our transport to airport organized .

A brand new, fully equipped, and stylish apartment with a beautiful balcony. Comfy bed and great towels. Cristiana, the host, is a lovely person - met us and explained everything! Restaurants and a supermarket are nearby. Eight minutes drive from the airport (at night) with convenient checkout at night. Definitely will stay here on our next visit....

The stream in the shower was a bit week, but Cristina's hospitality made up for it.

Such a nice accommodation close to the airport. Brand new building, the beds were very comfortable. We stayed only one night but enjoyed it. The host can give you advice on surroundings.

Everything was beyond excellent

A very beautiful and super clean apartment only five minutes drive from the airport. Great location with good restaurants nearby and the property has secure private parking. The apartment is brand new with an ac, comfortable bed, two televisions (one in the bedroom) and a massive balcony. There is also a laundry machine which is great if you're on a longer trip like us.

What a beautiful and clean apartment, what a space and what a balcony! Really lovely and also what is amazing is that the host really hosts and comes by. Even gives you a lot of tips about where to go and eat (even specified what kind of food you can eat there:)). Also very helpful with anything, even if you need a drive. We could even use a bike. ❤️ next to that we were helped with all our questions with a quick response and the host and her boyfriend even showed us an amazing event closeby. Also good to know is that Fiumicino itself is very local, beautiful port city with nice beaches.
