The caravan was clean and the lake area was beautiful. The staff in reception and in the beach bar were extremely helpful and friendly.

The property is in the middle of areas so either a 20 min walk or a bus ride to get anywhere. The on-site shop was ridiculously overpriced. And the food onsite was poor! The pool area was overcrowded with sun beds and little space.

Location is good. The complex has the ingredients to be good, as it has been in previous years, but change of ownership has left all aspects of the complex lacking. Swimming pools are very good and clean. Staff are very nice

As mentioned, change of ownership has affected quality of the restaurant and entertainment. Both very disappointing. Accommodation is very tired too, needs a refresh. Way too old now. I have been many times over the last two decades. Last time this time. Ownership change has really affected the overall experience, negatively

You have everything you need in the camping area: pool, beach access, playground, small shop, restaurant, small train for the kids, there's AC.

The bungalow was not as clean as I expected. The bunk bed is made of two single beds.

Pools were brilliant exceptionally clean and plenty of sun beds at any time of the day, direct access to the lake was really great. The grounds are well maintained, and all the staff were very friendly. Food at the beach bar and restaurant were of very good standard and catered well for my wife who is gluten intolerant.

Unassigned car parking outside of caravans, this wouldn’t normally be an issue however it was inconvenient when my daughter had an accident and broke her leg, whilst there was a car park space outside of our accommodation it was difficult to park at times due to some residents having more than one vehicle.

Really family friendly, the staff was really good with the kids and made a lot of games and fun during the day. We would love to come again!

The biggest problem is internet If you have not internet then you can do anything You can’t booking attractions, you can’t be in touch with family friends Kids boring on the evenings

Nice location, lots of services

A few things which easily could be fixed: - Overpriced WiFi (if available at your caravan) 2.5EUR/hour or 15EUR/24hrs - Mandatory swimming cap in the outdoor pools, never seen such before - Air conditioner smelled really bad, I’m not sure that they are cleaned yearly

Lots of things to do. Nice location on the lake. Staff made efforts, especially for baby dance

Having to buy swim caps at the pool. Renting bedding, especially at that price

We liked the beach nearby and the animation in the evening.

We went with a huge group and it would be good a common facility where we can eat together or we can do barbecue etc. The rented bed linen isnt included proper blanket only the sheet and the linen.

location is perfect, just few minutes from Garda lake. Nice pools, children were having lots of fun

Very small app, AC was not working as well as accepted, so it was really hot inside.

Inside is too hot, AC cannot make it chilled in summer.

Mobile homes and camp site far from city amenities and places for food and markets, restaurant inside is super expensive and is tasteless

The facility was very large. The transport hub was great. The staff was very warm and helpful.

First of all, the cleanliness was terrible. There were spiders and spider webs everywhere. There were massive spider webs in the upper corners of the bathroom. Also, the showerhead was very dirty. The inside of the toilet was the same. And the beach mentioned in the photos has nothing to do with its current condition. Moreover, I’ve stayed at many campsites, and this was the first time I had to pay extra for sheets and towels. It’s very disappointing that they didn’t mention this during the booking process.
