We weren’t bothered about it but the in-room smart TV appeared to offer internet, YouTube etc but these didn’t work and there were none of the usual apps. It made no difference to our stay at all but possibly could be improved in future

Great location a short stroll from the centre but in a quiet and beautiful river side location. The rooms were top quality and service top notch. Rooftop restaurant and bar were excellent as was the lovely breakfast.

The hotel was clean, excellent location, near the main roads and attractions locations, even near the stops of sightseeing buses. The staff are very friendly, they didn't hesitate to explain and give information right at the moment when we arrived and checked in, and during our stay they were very helpful to make reservations upon request, arrange transfers and give advice where to go and how to make the best of our stay. Grazie mille to Stefano, Daniella and Alexi for their effort to make our stay unforgettable.

From the moment we arrived at First Musica Hotel in Rome, everything was simply outstanding. The hotel itself is stunning, elegant, modern, and impeccably clean but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. Every single person we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for. The location is perfect—peaceful yet close to all the major sights, and the views were breathtaking. The rooms were beautifully designed, with great attention to detail and top-quality amenities. We genuinely felt pampered from start to finish. This wasn’t just a hotel stay, it was an experience. We can’t wait to return and wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else in Rome!

The WiFi was a little weak. It would be great if the hot water will be hotter. 😅

During the booking time, the roof top restaurant and the hotel location were the two main attractions to us to decide to book the hotel. It proved both of them, and I think we made the great decision. 😀 The staffs are super nice, they provided with us lots of travel info. We also got a free upgrade. The room is big, very clean and super comfortable, true modern European style!

The setup for breakfast 50 Euro a person appeared far too high. We didn't use it, and a 10 euros for a piece of toast as it appeared A La Carte definaty stayed away and eat outside. . We requested soya milk for the room well in In advance upon arrival and was assured that, was no problem but was told that we had to order through chef. We didn't know where chef actually was, so we went to the local supermarket to get it.one would of room service woukd of covered this. One evening, strangers said we 'were in the wrong bar' felt very unwelcome. and we had find another member of staff downstairs to correct this. Not good, when you are a paying resident at this grade. There should be more available staff in the upstairs bar as well as the restuarant. We shouldn't have to look for anyone. The was a fire alarm in the middle of the night and we had to vacate the building. We were told it maybe someone smoking in the room which is fair enough. However, daytime staff seem disconnect from the event and lacked empathy which frightened us a little and wondered if we were safe in our bed. Fortunately our confidence was restored during out staff.

Acceptional views and location location location and the room was everything one could wish for for, amongst the best! Good professional introduction to hotel by the reception team. Would stay again with some reservations.

the lobby was a bit hard to distinguish upon looking for the hotel but the staff went out to meet us right away and get our bags from the taxi

the staff were very helpful upon checking in. thank you to ahmed for the warm welcome. it was a pleasant start to our stay. the hotel has amazing views and really comfy bed and room. we enjoyed the breakfast spread as well and the surprise they left for us for our honeymoon!

This hotel is such an amazing place to be when in Rome, everything from the staff to the facilities, breakfast was just exceptional and the breakfast staff were amazing. The reception staff are extremely helpful and so kind, they offer support with anything that you need, including making reservations on your behalf and providing excellent suggestions on where to go, making it easier for tourists to decide on restaurants and attractions to visit. We had all the resources we needed to visit attractions and we walked to some as they are close to the hotel. Room was always being cleaned and they offer you beverages and take good care of you. Thank you to all the amazing staff for a wonderful and unforgettable experience. We will defiantly make this our main hotel while in Rome as

The hotel is very nice and not too big. The decoration is great. The view on the Tibre river is stunning. The people hosting us are all so kind, nice, polite and very helpful. The only negative point is the fresh air you cannot have since we cannot open the windows.

river view was amazing. period. entire wall of glass that gives you a landscape view to the tiber river and nearby bridge. even the side view to the next buildings is authentic (room: studio with river view) the staff is so kind and professional, and special thanks to dana for the worm welcoming :) The rooms are themed with music artists, you get a stunning decorative sound bar and a dedicated playlist, with some art painting of the chosen artist to get you in the musical mood. we got Mina and fell in love! everything is clean and thoughtful and you feel the 5 stars hotel service in every aspect. No need for cabs you can walk to everywhere (even the colosseum, 30 min walk) didn't try the room service but we tried the top floor restaurant, Alto, they keep the same standarts! highly recommended as well.
