It was very hot in Milan when we stayed. The room had A/C but the unit just couldn’t really keep up with how hot it was so it was difficult to sleep.

I loved the room and how clean it was. Audrey was also very helpful and kind!

Bed is too small, entrance of the building is a little bit complicated and its not like a hotel its a third floor of one building.

Location is perfect, near to all nice brand shops. Audrey was very helpfull.

Small room. No one to attend you when you do the check in. The location is good but you can access only by foot, difficult if you have a car and need to park nearby. Long walk to the hotel

The bathroom is good and it is located near the best luxury street in Milan.

Air conditioner didn't work and there was vey hot in the room. It was impossibly to sleep with the opening windows in connection othe street noise. I have asked to solve this problem several times and, unfortunately, without any results. Rooms are in worse condition compared to last year.

It's one of the best location in Milan. A lot of shops, restaraunts are very close to hotel. Very nice design of the rooms.

We got in late at night and the hotel gave us self-check-in instructions ahead of time. They were also available on WhatsApp if needed. The room was clean, big and spacious and cozy. It's within walking distance from the Duomo, shopping, and more. We were only there for the night which felt too short and would happily come back!

Conditionair was broke. We had issues because of water dropping on the floor, also for the first night there was only 1 towel. But the staff was friendly and do their best. Give us towels and tried to fix the air conditioning. But at the day we check out, there start dropping water again 😂 so i would recommend not for too long stay or hotel has to fix it!! 💞💞💞

The shower was leaking and the breakfast was minimal.

Really nice stay. I cannot complain. Room is clean and spacious. Bed was comfy. The hotel is very close to the historic center (less than 5 minutes walk, really) in a residential and nice part of town.

The only real issue is that the stand-up shower didn't have the best drainage or a good seal at the door, so it often felt like we were going to flood the bathroom floor if we took a long shower.

For walking around Milan, this location is superb. The staff is incredibly friendly and very accessible through a quick WhatsApp text. They are very kind and helpful. The bed was super comfortable, and every though there's no room service or gym, the place was very comfortable. Great place to stay for a few days if you'd like to be perched within walking distance to the Duomo Milan and a ton of other great shops/food.

Noises from the street, but to be expected regarding the location. We were tired so fell asleep quickly anyway.

Amazing location, Vivienne Westwood boutique just opposite, many designer shops within a short walk and a lovely bakery right outside for breakfast. Our apartment was tastefully decorated and staff friendly, communicating in English was not a problem.

There was loud music somewhere nearby, and it lasted well into the night.

The property was clean, the location was perfect if you want to be close to the centre, and the staff was responsive. The room is located in a secure building which doors close after 8 pm and you had to enter with a code.

There is no even toilet at reception. So you have to go somewhere out on street and search. Although i had a problem with ordering taxi. I told manager what time i need to leave and asked to arrange a taxi to central station . At appointed time he told me that he can’t find a taxi for me, so i had to rush to station by myself

Perfect room for my stay. I was only here two nights for work but it was centrally located, staff were wonderful and just a very nice, clean room.

The air conditioning was too hot. I couldn't find a way to keep the temperature at 20°C, so I ended up turning it off.

The location is great. It's a few minutes walk to the Duomo and many other places and fancy stores.
