Ok, there’s significant work being done to the building at the moment, with scaffolding erected inside and out, but it hardly affected us and it won’t bother anybody.

The staff were excellent and were in contact with us even before we left the UK to arrange transfers from the airport: they looked after us and communicated well. The location is in a high-end area full of glamorous fashion houses, all working to outdo one another with unbelievable shop widow displays. The area in general has got an embassy style feel about it, so it’s quality.

There are small things that were messing and could make the stay better. For example, there is a big table in the room which was good and when I needed to work a bit, there was no chair. In the shower there was no place to put the shampoo and you have to put it on the floor while you are washing yourself... They are small details but can make big changes.

The building is undergoing extensive refurbishment, which detracts from how well appointed the accommodation is. There is also a combination of keys and cards to gain access to the property which could be confusing, especially after a night out ;-)

The hotel is located in the shopping district of Milan. Navigating the hotel entrance is a bit tricky, but the concierge was extremely helpful. There is a bit of construction work going on in the building; don't let that put you off as we heard no noise. Once you get to the 2nd floor and step inside the accommodation it's really well appointed and the rooms are tastefully decorated. Would definitely recommend.

Weird layout and space. It feels like an apartment building that has a receptionist and a cleaning staff - tiny spaces, lots of keys, winding hallways. Not like a hotel at all.

I would prefer if they refilled the vanity area on daily basis. We ran out of shower gel and mineral water bottles.

Very nice place. We had a nicely decorated room. The location was absolutely amazing. It's situated in a neighborhood full of beautiful and luxurious shops, and many things are within about a 10-minute walk. The metro is also nearby."

Repair is a little patchy at some places, but not a big deal given the location and interior itself. However, the corridor leopard carpet is a bit much. The corridor is tiny and it can be difficult to move through when the maid works.

We loved the spaciousness and the interior design of the junior suite that I booked but the bathroom was a bit dated. A problem is that the room we had did not lock well at all.

The location is in an amazing neighbourhood. Its so lovely to be in the heart of the fashion city.

It is an armature approach to a hotel it is not so professional. The fact that they told me there was no still water on the first day because they ran out of is ridiculous. Also it is like rooms in a building not sure you feel so safe. No-one to call for anything after a certain hour. You also have stairs - very few - but if the doorman is not there who only starts at 11 you carry your own luggage.

he location is excellent and the rooms are nice - not all depends on which one you are i had to ask to change. But you cannot consider it as a hotel you jave to treat it like rooms.. The entrance is difficult there is noone after a certain time, They do not have the facilities or service of a hotel. Not even the basics they did not have for example still water on the first day.

The location was perfect, and the room was beautiful. What truly stood out was the exceptional kindness of SABA, one of the staff members, whose thoughtful assistance greatly enhanced my trip. To be honest, I was quite nervous after reading some negative reviews while in the taxi on the way to the hotel. However, her warm and professional demeanor completely put my worries to rest. The room I stayed in was beautiful. However, the soundproofing could use some improvement. The hotel’s operating system was a bit unconventional and initially confusing, but the friendly and helpful staff made it an enjoyable and unique experience. I wouldrecommend staying here. That said, I don’t think this hotel is the best choice for a family trip with children.
