No air-conditioning, very weak fan was provided, we didn’t have any airflow in the room which made it difficult to sleep in hot weather. More vegetables for brekkie would be a great plus. Bear in mind, because of the building being old, it has a strong smell to it.

Friendly staff, an ok breakfast, expect to stay in a very old fashioned Italian villa. Amazing toiletries (soaps and body lotion), I’ll be ordering that brand for myself.

The staff could be a lot nicer to the guests. Because they work for the Golf Club, it seems like the hotel guests are somehow annoying to them, and it shows. Not very friendly at all.

The building is super old but kept in an impeccable condition. Room was very comfortable!

1. Property is located very-very far from the city center, on the top of the hill. 2. Awful breakfast. Just bread, butter, little cheese and one cup of coffee. 3. No elevator. So if you have huge suitcases - it will be very difficult to take them up into your room. 4. No air conditioning at all. So, in summer (in our case), when the temperature is above 30 degrees - you have no capabilities to cool you and your room.

Free parking. Nice view from the room's window. Authentic Italian style and atmosphere.

The breakfast was poor. You can ask for some eggs and vegetables but you must be patient. The villa is somehow isolated (40 min walk downhill to the town) and no uber or taxi came there.

It can be hard to get there and back from the ferry port if you don’t have a rent a car. So get taxis or drivers booked. Our first morning, we wasn’t told about breakfast by one of the waiters so we missed out on cooked breakfast, apparently you can “ask for anything” so please feel free to so that! Oh and try not to go there in the heated months because there is no AC.

The views are AMAZING so I definitely recommend paying that a bit extra to get the rooms for the view. The rooms are old Victorian rooms so you get a real nice homely feel when you walk in. It’s quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. A massive bonus - George Clooney plays golf there!! And a huge shout out to Paolo, you looked after us throughout our whole stay so we thank you!

It is a quiet, simple, small golf club hotel. It's outskirts the town in a green forest. Small room. You need to 'shlaping' your suitcases up some stairs. Very small breakfest. Good bar restaurant to have dinner. You pay less for the hotel. A different experience. Not recommended to people who have trouble carrying their luggage. We enjoyed the place.

No air conditioning where it was like 35 degrees, bugs , they took the towels and didn't replace them , we had to ask the resturant for help , no staff after 6 pm , we asked the reception for a baby crib and they said that we wouldn't have any room left to walk , there was plenty of room, the reception staff we more interested in people coming to play golf only. The restaurant was the only pleasure in the he'll hole
