Very nice hostess. She does everything with passion. Every morning she prepared for us delicious breakfast. We were served with homemade yogurt & ginger shots. I loved her coffee and my children ate all her homemade pastry :) Rooms are very large, they were cleaned every day. Towels and bed-sheets were changes every two-three days. We felt like in a 5-star hotel. Beds are very comfortable. The swimming pool is very clean, it has also a jacuzzi. I really recommend The Bell Tower Lodge. It's a very good value for money. We stayed 9 days. The apartment is located 12 min drive from Marinella Beach, and 7 min drive from the train station. To visit Rome & Vatican it is more convenient to take the train (in 20 min you are in San Pietro Station in Vatican).

The homemade breakfast was delectable! Everything so fresh, made with pure ingredients and, obviously, with love. Eggs made to order was an added bonus as were the baked goods. Because our host, Heleni, was not having guests the following day, she happily packed up some of her goodies for us to take on the road. All was enjoyed thoroughly!

Perfekt location,only 30 mins from the airport, quiet and beautiful.The place is spotless, the rooms are great. Breakfast is a wonderful treat. The Pool is amazing ,big and clean. Couldnt have found a better place. You do need a car,as you have to go to the village for meals.

The B&B is a nicely furnished villa/country house located on the hills at an optimal location just a few minutes away from Rome, the airport and other exciting locations, all while offering a quiet rest from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was a amazing time for us. The host was really helpfull and kind! The location is absolutely beautiful, a nice environment, great rooms and a really refreshing pool. Traveltime from/to the airport is almost nothing. So is also the traveltime to the city of Rome. Fresh home made breakfest every morning with a nice kickstarter! Loads of tips and recommendations for things that you can visit. We would defenitly recommend to go here!

We stayed for one night prior to our flight home. It is a wonderful property with beautiful rooms and very comfortable beds. We enjoyed a relaxing afternoon lounging by the pool prior to a busy travel day home. Helen is an exceptional host, it was a pleasure staying at her place. She made us an amazing Aperitivo to enjoy in the evening and the breakfast in the morning was outstanding. Homemade cakes, jams, yogurt, fruit salad as well as bacon and eggs fresh from her chickens. Thank you Helen, it was a pleasure to meet you!

The breakfast was too basic. We did not like the breakfast, especially for a agriturismo. There wasn't much to eat with the scrambled egg, some ham and cheese would be nice.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at The Bell Tower with Helen!!! Everything was perfect; the rooms, the decor, the beds, the views, the food!!! Awakening to the stunning countryside/ocean views and sitting, soaking in the Italian early morning sun with a book, was PERFECT!! Then arriving home in the evenings, the fireplace would be lit in the family room, what a comforting homey feeling. The breakfasts were delicious, with the best ginger shots to start the day and keep you healthy and fabulous home baked cakes and pasties. We also took advantage of the dinners offered for a fee. Helen is a spectacular cook and everything was scrumptious! We loved our stay so much that at the end of our Italy trip we spent 1 more night a Helen's. It was like coming home to family!! I can't recommend Helen enough....just book it, you will be so happy you did!! Thanks Helen, we love you!
