Mosquito nets should be installed. The view from this room is not very impressive. I understand that there are selective garbage cans outside the room but they should really place one (or more) in the room, too. A bigger fridge could be better for such a big room.

Spatious and clean room and bathroom, easy self-checkin, you just have to send the photos of your IDs to the owner first who responds quickly. Coffee, tea, microwave in the shared area. Beach umbrella, mini fridge, AC. There is a Spar in the building so you can buy food/drinks easily. Pharmacy also next door. Buses stop nearby that can take you even to more distant beaches. Good location, plenty of restaurants, cafes, etc. nearby.

It was a very nice room, on the 4 th floor. It was spacious and everything was there. In the hall there was the possibility to make coffee or tea. There was a balcony. There was noise from the street, but if you book here you know that in advance. You hve the bus right in front of you.

Alessandro was an excellent host and helped us in many ways. The one negative comment is that the walls are very thin and we could hear our neighbours next-door throughout the first night but when we asked Alessandro to talk to our neighbors, he did so, and the next few nights were fine The mini fridge was appreciated. and we really enjoyed the balcony The last night of our stay, the blinds of one of the windows would not come down. It was our last night, but we are sure if we had told Alessandro about the problem he would’ve had it fixed.

Fridge was a bit old and made noise overnight

We didn’t have breakfast but since the location was in town there were many coffee shops around. We were given some nice suggestions by the owner. The room was comfy, the bathroom very modern and clean. There were tea and coffee options in the common area for the residents as well. Since this for a brief stop this was a very good accommodation.

Everything was wonderful, we had a finest balcony with view on another balcony’s and street. In room number you will be have everything that’s you really need, if no - you can ask owner and he bring that :) Everything was really near, and Bus station just in 1 minut.

The bus stop is right in front of the building. With thw buses you can reach both the city center and the beaches. Very fast and comfortably. You can buy a weekly public transportable tickets for only 12 euros.

Can’t actually think of anything!

The staff were very friendly and the owner met us, checked in and made sure everything was okay. The location was pretty ideal as you had ideal bus connections to some really nice locations (CTM app). There’s a pharmacy, spar, coffee shop and really great restaurants within walking distance, and you can walk into town centre within 20ish minutes.

The mattress on the bed was smaller than the frame. It was big enough for 2 persons but you have to be careful.

Little extras to make it perfect: An iron would be great just because some of our clothes were pushed in to the bag, and got very 'scrambled'. There was a clothes rack on the balcony to dry clothes on, my bag got taken by the wind and I could see it on the top of the tree. It didn't blow off it, which I hoped for, before we had to leave. So maybe clips to use, to secure washing😊

We had a room with the orange wall. Room was clean and specious. Was staying with my mum at the beginning of April. The bed was big enough for us to sleep together far enough😊 each side of the bed had a little table which helps at night. We had a balcony in the room giving us beautiful sunshine in the morning and making the room feel even more specious. The place is located above shops but it was very quiet. There was a kettle, a microwave and coffee machine in the other room in the house. No breakfast but coffee was all we needed ;)) The location is great, theres a nice little food market downstairs open till late so we were able to buy food for breakfast and dinner. Our 1st night we had a kebab, wraps which is opposite because of the restaurants closing at the middle of the day, but even that was different than what we get in uk. Was good trying Italian style kebab. There is a bus stop just outside aswell. Bus number 3 and 6? I believe. Its worth googling a 'cagliari bus routes map' and seeing where each bus can take you. We had no car but we enjoyed walking everywhere anyway. Some evenings were cold but we could use the heater/aircon in the room. Thank you for the stay. Was good fun.

With the exception of the poor water pressure in the shower, everything was great.

Very great accommodation in a close location to the centre and good value for money. Rooms were very clean and cleaned regularly. The host was very friendly and very helpful. If it wasn't for the working air conditioning, it would have been difficult for us to survive our stay in such heat.

Really nice, fridge, Coffee and tea. Nice balcony. The arrival is great with a code and self entrance. Really appreciate. The localisation is great, near the park with a nice uphill view, city center 10' walk and an easy bus station to get to the center or beach.

A 20min walk to the center might not be defined as central and a longer walk to the marina. In my case this was not an issue. For someone else it might be.

Clean apt and owner is very easily accessible via WhatsApp. Recommended.
