Dinner and breakfast: The waitress service at the restaurant, was very bad. We experienced delays and a lack of attentiveness. Our experience at the restaurant was marred by poor service, long waiting times, mistakes in our order, and a disappointing beverage service. These factors combined to create a less than satisfactory dining/ breakfast experience.

Our stay was enhanced by the lake view, spacious room, comfortable bed, and reasonable Wi-Fi connectivity. These factors combined to create a positive and enjoyable experience.

Everything from to start to finish was brilliant no issues to report.

What a wonderful hotel, the Rooms, Spa Facilities and Food exceeded our expectations and the staff consistently went the extra mile. The rooms and location were superb, short drive from Treviso and Venice. The Spa facilities and treatments were excellent. You can book the Spa exclusively for the family depending on availability. The staff always greeted us with a smile, genuinely willing to help and surprised our daughter with wonderful birthday cake. The breakfast is one of the best I have had in a European Hotel. Great place to stay, unwind and indulge. Will be definitely going back to stay!!

We went for dinner in the evening and came back to ants in our room.

The staff was great and loved the lake. The staff was very accommodating and made us feel valued very moment of our stay.

Crew wasn't particularly attentive to us and a lot of bugs around our room.

Had to wait 20 mins to check in at reception. One person only on desk and some stupid woman flirting ,took for ever ref questions etc. Not impressed with the wait time Had the fish combination dish,no sign of any Thai flavours or influence.No pasta or spaghetti came with it,which would have made the dish. Very disappointed in the lack of Thai dishes on the menu. Waitress had very poor English,did not understand my questions. Not the menu of 3 years ago when I last stayed

The hotel calls itself a "spa" hotel which is a straight out lie. The "spa" is for 6ppl and needs to be booked by the hour. You can imagine the chances booking that in a 100 room hotel. We never made it to the spa on the long weekend.

The hotel is clean, the rooms seem to be larger than normal. Staff is friendly. There is a decent on-site restaurant, the food is good, but a bit confused on the cuisine it represents.

Very unfriendly staff. If you come in high society clothes you will be treated well, but if you come from a bike tour (like us) you are treated like you would be a disturbing element.

Book your massage/spa treatment in advance! There wasn't anything available that worked for our schedule, but I didn't book well in advance.

Thai Si is in a beautiful location. The hotel is clean and the service is very good. We will definitely return!

Unfortunately we were unable to use the pool area which was the main reason we booked the hotel. The “wet” areas needs to be booked and paid for separately and also didn’t accept under 16s. This wasn’t clear in the booking.com description. The temperature was around 35 degrees which is why access to a pool was a must.

Nice clean accommodation, pleasant staff, good access to Treviso. Breakfast was great.
