It always felt like property or management hadn't prepared the facilities with the 4 star kind of staff and service expected (many very junior and inexperienced people attending the restaurant, buffet for dinner only ready after 19:30, messy situation for tables for breakfast, poor room service -not changing mugs for days). It's a big hotel and it needs the proper level of staff to satisfy a 4 star hotel expectation.

Location was good, room was new, great spa facilities and few members of the staff were truly amazing (special mention for Christian the barman - great margaritas!!, Elena the maitre de sale and Irene our waitress and the spa team!).

The spa could be improved. The temperature of the outdoor pool could have been warmer. The indoor pool did not have any whirlpool facilities—considering its large size, we thought it was a bit pointless to have an indoor pool without hydrotherapy. Additionally, for a four-star hotel, the policies regarding towels and extra costs felt overly strict.

The rooms were spacious and clean, the breakfast selection was excellent, and the location was ideal—just a short distance from the skyway and bus stops.

Services are lacking for a 4 star hotel. Empty mini bar. No water provided besides the welcome water bottle. Compulsory cap for indoor pool. Bathrobes, slippers and towels only provided with a fee Dinner - ate there 3 times as we didn't want to hassle and drive to the city centre. All times the 1st plate and main were very basic, no effort and even the taste was lacking. To get pasta wrong in an Italian area is very bad. The ravioli we ordered came as a store bought oily tortellini.

What i did not like are swimming cap and sandals were mandatory in hotel (we look kind of stupid with them lol) in order to enter pool and spa in hotel. And ski lifts were a bit old and not very comfy, well maintained but still old, some where good but most of them were old and not comfy.

The position of the hotel was really really grate, the hotel have shuttle bus and it was only 300-400 meters from VAL VAENY ski lift. Also if you want you could take urban buses from hotel and go to other ski lifts. Ski slopes were amazing simply amazing and i think is all because of all natural snow.

No bathrobe and slippers in the room. Children are not allowed to enjoy sauna after a day of skiing((

We were impressed by the hotel's location. Clean room. Even if check-in, is at 5pm, we were accommodated exactly when we arrived, at 12pm. The view from the room is amazing. The staff is very nice and pleasant. Very good spa area. Good breakfast.

The property is designed a bit oddly - two Sets of elevators which dont take you to where you want to go. Example you need to walk through the restaurant if you take thw right wing lifts and those dont take you to what is written on the buttons ( like garage, shuttle, pool). The spa is for over 18 which we were not told about and the rest areas are cold after you finish the sauna etc. pool is small and guests are on their telephones on deck chairs and even in the pool!! Staff dont really know how to manage winter issues like not putting salt and grit on the main entrance driveway. Doesn’t really feel like a mountain resort. But the staff are lovely and try really hard.

Although the access to the swimming pool was free, you had to pay for towels and shower cups separately. In addition the bar and common areas were below our expectations.

- There is no parking at the property. There is one free parking across the "street", but this means that you need to cross the highway (possibly at night) which is not ideal. - The breakfast was terrible for a 4-star hotel. There were some options but the fruit and the bread (there was no dark bread option) were not fresh and everything (except say for the coffee) tasted bad. - The walls seem to be thin as we could hear noises (although, this didn't prevent us to sleep well after a full day of hiking).

The room was spacious with comfortable beds and we slept well. The bathroom was new and the location is very good. The room was also reasonably priced. The stuff at the 24h reception was polite (which made our late-night check-in easy).

Half-board was mediocre - both in terms of quality and choice (especially buffet). Breakfast was decent, but if you come later, the selection is worse. And the spa center and the swimming pool are just too small (and you must wear a cap in the pool).

The room was modern and comfortable, everything was in a good shape. As a hotel, this place is good. But not as a spa resort, in our view.

We were there with our young kids in order to ski and we tried to go to bed early each night. Unfortunately the family rooms are right above the bar and there was loud music every night until midnight so very hard to sleep. Also, it was surprising how few options existed for transportation into town (which is a very long walk). The one shuttle bus runs once per hour and we were unable to get taxis. Lastly, there was very little snow clearing during snowfalls making it almost impossible to get cars out, etc.

Breakfast and dinner were good value. Most of staff were fantastic. The rooms were nice size, very clean, and very comfortable and pretty. The pool was nice and the location was good for access to ski lift (but not access to town).

The shuttle bus stopped around 6.15pm. Therefore, you had to get a taxi, which cost approximately 20 euros for a 10-minute drive. The menu for the evening meals was a bit complicated, having to choose some or all sections. It's not good for vegans. Apart from that, everything was good..

The rooms are very clean and spacious. The storage space very generous. The hotel isn't very old and therefore very modern..The breakfast selection was great, vegans could survive just. They also had a nice coffee area where you could sit and chill

I asked for an extra blanket at 9pm and they told me they couldnt give it to me as the staff was already gone They charge you 5€ for room service

Nice and cozy hotel, bedrooms are very spacious and modern. Clean and staff very attentive Super convenient the ski room and parking straight to the ski room. The spa is super nice but it has to be reserved in sdvanced.
