As a group of bikers, it would have been useful to know it had a gravel car park

A bit dated but for some I'm sure they can see the charm. Overall a good centralized place to stay. Connected to a restraurant as well but I didn't try the food since I was in town with a wedding party.

Hospitality! They ironed like 10 items for me and told me it was included so I gave them a good tip.

The meal was a disappointment & seemed to be aimed at foreign visitors. We thought the quality was poor & not authentically Italian at all. The breakfast was also fairly poor.

The room was fine overlooking the garden. The location was very good with a short walk down to the lakeside. It was good to have parking near the centre of town.

The location in Cernobbio was great - it was close to the lakefront with a ferry station but there was also a bus stop close by to go to Como. Our room was quite big and beautiful with a little balcony and the bed was comfortable! The parking right at the hotel is also safe and very nice. The room had AC which was good since it was still quite hot when we were there :) we had a great time and would definitely stay here again when at Lake Como!

It was very friendly and relaxed . We liked the family feel ! Loved you could walk to the lake and restaurants and was able to park our van and trailer / boat at the car park . The restaurant was lovely too .

Better explanation of the size of the restaurant meals. Food was delicious but the portions were very large. We would probably have shared the starter at least.

The breakfast options were limited but they did source my gluten free food which was great.

It is in an excellent location with beautifully clean rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. The gardens are lovely and well kept and there was a lovely atmosphere. It was within 5 mins walking distance of the main areas and had an incredible restaurant. The dinner we had there was unbelievable!

Room does not match the pictures. Its not that clean and new as advertised. Be cautious, restaurant staff will not ask, but will bring a lot of stuff on the table, which you would have to pay for. For a lasagna and a meet dish we left cca. 100euro, because of the extra stuff.

The rain! Which obviously had nothing to do with the Hotel.

Beautiful, location very close to Como, great balcony & wonderful friendly staff, the rooms were basic & a little dated, but very clean. Plenty of on site, safe parking There is a wonderful little balcony out front where we sat under the giant umbrella’s ( to keep out of the rain ) enjoying a few glasses of wine & some snacks before dinner. Dinner itself was fab, all 4 of us had something different & we all thoroughly enjoyed the flavours. We will defiantly return when we are in the area.

the main light in the room was really cold. I only used the sidebar tables lights because the light bulb was warm. the main room light had a super cold light. otherwise, everything was really good.

Breakfast was great and we got it as gesture of good will, without us booking it in advance, all for free. The location is super! For this price in Como, it is a real gem. I liked the bed, it was not too soft and it had a good smell of laundry softener.

The beds weren't the most comfortable, but comfy enough.

The property is just adorable and the staff was really accommodating. Breakfast was quaint and peaceful. The rooms weren't modern but had a certain charm and did the job. Overall, the experience was lovely.

Rooms are quite old and needs renovation ...breakfast was limited choice and jams not the best But overall was nice and I would stay there again and recommend it to friends
