The room is big and clean and the view is great. The owners is a lovely couple, are really friendly, kind and helpful.

The listing doesn't state quite clearly that the kitchen part of the apartments is shared with the owners and not freely acccesible for personal use (you rely on their time and availability and wouldn't really prepare your own meals there).

We were welcomed very warmly by Tania and Rocco, who will make you feel like you've gained a set of your own Sicilian grandparents. 😊 The property is spectacularly situated above the sea, with gorgeous views from the shared terrace and the Plemmirio peninsula has many pretty, naturally preserved beaches, as well as supervised ones with facilities - pick your flavor!

The view is delightful, you'll wake up with perfect view for the sea. The house is beautiful, and the hosts are very kind and always make sure you have everything you need. You'll be received by a beautiful old couple that will show you everything, and although they only speak italian, they make themselfs very clear. The surroundings are stunning. Great experience

Good coffee. We normally eat a lot of eggs, fruits and cheese in the morning. Italian breakfast is a bit more sweet and less than we are use to. There were biscuits, yogurt, pastries and a lovely cake Tanya made in the morning. I won’t complain.

It was amazing staying at Rocco and Tanya’s! The view from our room was a panorama view of the sea - it was so beautiful. The couple was very welcoming and warm and vi had a little chat every morning even tho we don’t know a sentence Italian. We can definitely recommend the place if you are looking for a quiet beautiful and local spot to spent your vacation. You will need a car tho and then it’s only 10 minutes from beautiful Siracusa.

Sure, it’s possible to go swimming very near by but the access point is in a private residential area, is very small and only suitable for a quick dip rather than a hang out.

I loved the ocean view and spent most of my stay there on the balcony. Rocca and Tania were both sweet and accommodating.

The welcome was wonderful and despite the hosts not speaking English or us Italian, they were extremely helpful and spent time ensuring that everything was good for us. They were incredibly lovely people. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious with a balcony overlooking the sea. The kitchen and downstairs terrace were at our disposal, with a superb view. The breakfast included homemade cake and the sweetest melon. A restaurant and shop were a short walk away. There was also a pathway to the sea where we could swim off the rocks.

It's right behind a bend, so be careful when you pull out if you are in a car!

We had a fantastic stay. Rocco and Tania made us feel at home immediately. The place was clean, welcoming and beautiful (pictures don't do it justice). I speak Italian so we were able to have conversations with the hosts and other guests. They were really lovely to my boyfriend who unfortunately cannot speak Italian very well. They made delicious breakfast for us and checked in on us. The most memorable stay of the year.

The hosts (old italian couple) were really nice and hospital. Even though they didn't speak any english, they did everything they could to make us feel at home The vila and the rooms are well maintained and they even clean the rooms, eventhough we stayed only for 2 nights.

After the wintertime, it would be good to open for a longer time all the windows and the door. The smell was not so good and all the sheets bed linens were a bit wet also the towels. The whole night was the window open, then it was ok.

You habe found a really nice place with a beautifull few. There was a good breakfast.

I loved everything, it was one of the most beautiful vacations. The hosts who were absolutely wonderful throughout the stay, the garden and the view are so beautiful they seem unreal. Another advantage is the fact that you have the beaches quite close to the location. For example, you have Lido Varco 23, which can also be reached on foot,Lido Arenella and Fontani Bianchi.For the last two,you'll need a car. I will definitely return to this gorgeous place and to these wonderful hosts.

The view from the villa is absolutely gorgeous! The hosts were so sweet and accommodating, they made us feel like we’re visiting our grandparents. The stay at Terrazza sul Plemmirio is a whole experience in itself, it was so authentic and lovely! The room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable too.

it was a lovely house in a lovely setting with private parking. The hosts were an Italian couple who were very sweet and friendly and did everything they could to make the stay enjoyable. The house was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. The hosts served an excellent breakfast every morning.

The hosts don't speak English at all. If you don't see it as a big thing then everything is perfect.

The view from the house is excellent. You can see the sea directly from the room. The host is an Italian elder couple. They are very warm and kind. Though they can't speak English we tried to understand by all means :) They prepared a info sheet in Eng with all key infos that you need. The house has an inner yard to park the car which is very convenient.
