Double bed is large but a bit too bouncy.

We had the Garden flat so could use the beautiful little garden with views to S. Chiara and hills beyond- lovely to relax in during the hot hours. Very central but in a quiet street. Kettle provided and everything nicely presented and comfortable.. One of our best stays since walking here from Florence.

It is very conveniently situated close to the main street, but very quiet. We loved the garden with its table and chairs, and shady pergola. We would happily come again.

I had a very nice stay at Terrazza Santa Chiara, I enjoyed the privacy of the garden, the spacious room and the super easy check it and out. The room is comfortable and clean and I also appreciated that I could leave my luggage for a few more hours after check out.

The location was perfect down a lovely quiet street only 5 minutes walk to the centre. Outside is a little garden with lovely views. I didn't actually meet my host, Daniele, but she gave me fantastic instructions along the way. She was very helpful. I will be back in Assisi and I would definitely stay here again.

I would expect more local decorations of a room in such an authentic town and region. And the mattress is too soft. As a suggestion -it would be nice to have a electric kettle to prepare a hot drink.

Perfect location, cute little private garden with pleasant view, nice bathroom- very good value for the price. Very helpful owner, who gave us super tips for parking and good restaurants.

Awesome location at an affordable price. A wonderful terrace with a garden among the ancient Assisi's houses and with a spectacular view on the bell tower of the Santa Chiara church. The room is cozy, quiet, clean, and has all the comfort you need. Moreover, the host Daniele is super friendly and gave us a list of the best places to eat in the city (we tried them and they where delicious). So, without further ado, go book now a room at Terrazza Santa Chiara, a few steps from the center of Assisi and easy to reach from every public parkings.

Location is ideal. In a very quiet, old street that takes you back in time. Yet in the best area of Assisi. Has all that you need to have a memorable stay in Assisi. The terrace is idyllic and wouldn't mind spending the rest of my life in that peaceful terrace! The owner was very welcoming too. Will return some day.

The room is a bit small, but considering its central location and dogfriendly policy, it's acceptable.

When I booked I thought the little garden was a shared space, but it turned out to be private! We could simply open the door and let our dog out to do her business. Very good communication with the host Daniele.

Ideal location for anyone wishing to explore Assisi! Daniele, the host, is very helpful and was super responsive our entire stay. The apartment is small but has everything you need and that balcony is amazing!

Room is very small and not comfortable to lay your stuff.. The air condition was noisy and was reaching only 23 degrees but still not enough when cold outside. The radiator was closing at night, which left the room quite cold to sleep. The bathroom was cold, heating was not working.

When the weather is good, terrace is perfect to stay. Unfortunately, we stayed for two days with rain and cold and we couldn't enjoy. The location is excellent, near parking matteoti.
