We were a family of 5 adults and a child. It’s listed with 2 bathrooms, we were expecting 2 full bathrooms (with shower/bath). One is only a toilet. It was fine for us.

Perfect location in the center of Palermo, spacious, modern and comfortable flat with a rooftop terrace. Easy to communicate with host.

Appartment was spacious but rooms a little dark

Perfect location, amazing host with great tips on local restaurants and local dos and don’t, very welcoming and generous. Nice terrace on the top.

Overall, the place is clean, though a few areas could benefit from a little extra vacuuming and dusting. The owner is very welcoming and clearly passionate, which adds a personal touch to the experience. However, the frequent messages and unsolicited pictures/videos were a bit overwhelming for me.

We recently stayed at the Terrazza San Domenico apartment, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! Upon arrival, I was struck by how impeccably clean and well-kept the place was. It’s clear that cleanliness is a priority here, which made me feel comfortable and right at home. The highlight of my stay, though, was the wonderful host. The lady who manages the property was incredibly helpful and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, offering fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and nearby attractions. Knowing we had rented a car, she even took care of booking a parking spot for us nearby, which made things so much easier. The apartment itself was cozy and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and a variety of cafes and shops nearby. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay with a truly hospitable host. Thank you Alessandra for making our stay so enjoyable!

Absolutely nothing - it was perfect

This is the best apartment we have ever stayed in. Everything is perfect. Exceptionally clean, beds comfy, well appointed kitchen, bathrooms spotless. Oh and a great location. The terrace is gorgeous. Lovely place to sit and have a glass of wine in the evening. Alessandra was an amazing host and was so attentive and giving us suggestions for restaurants and things to do. We will definitely return

The property is in walking distance to major attractions. The terrazza is a big plus. We used it e everyday. Although we are located off a busy street, it is quite in the apartment.

Everything! Perfect location, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen. Our host was amazing, making us dinner reservations, calling for taxis and just making sure we had everything. Highly recommend

We stayed at Terazza San Domenico for three nights and we had wonderful experience. As we arrived three hours before the check in, Alessandra let us leave our luggage and gave us some recommendations for the lunch nearby while waiting for the apartment to be cleaned. It was an easy communication with the host via whatsapp. The building had an elevator so it was easy to access the apartment with the luggage. Alessandra met us at the apartment and gave us all needed instructions for the apartment and some helpful information where to go and what to see in Palermo. She was so kind and brought us welcome cookies. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. You have everything you need for your stay there. They were thinking about details and the proof is that they have towels holder in bathroom which is not that common to see. And the best thing was the huge terrace only for us, with sunbads and umbrella but also the chairs and table to sit and enjoy the amazing view. All in all everything was perfect and we will definitely choose Alessandra and her apartment again if visiting Palermo again.😊

Alessandra was an absolute gem. We have never received such a warm welcome as she gave us. We found some delicious goodies to taste from the region, and she provided a long list of places to visit, must sees as well as restaurant recommendations. Not only that, during the week if we needed something like more toilet paper or rubbish bags, Rodi came after hours to supply us. Both Alessandra and Rodi's personalities, kindness moved us deeply as it adds an extra something special to a holiday. The apartment itself was excellent. It's fully-equipped. As I get up early to work, I had my own space while not interrupting anyone sleeping. The rooms came air-conditioned, the two toilets convenient and the kitchen has everything you need. It was very clean. The location is brilliant. Walking distance to major attractions. We are sure to stay again if we return to Palermo. Thank you dear Alessandra.

The apartment was beautiful. Extremely clean, great bathroom, comfortable beds and everything you would need for a home from home. The terrace is fantastic and a real treat to have in the centre of the city. There is a lift so easy to access with luggage etc. The lovely treats left for us were also very much appreciated and Alessandra was an excellent host, giving us lots of tips and recommendations.

It’s the most lovely apartment we stayed in. So spacious and so quiet to sleep but right in the middle of everything. We were greeted outside and everything was so smooth and elegant The terrace is huge and overlooks Santa Domenico square Beautiful canolo treats and water was all there We thank you so much for your hospitality and can’t wait to stay again Thanks for everything and have a good summer
