We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

PolandThis place should not be rented; there is Mold and mildew in every room. They should get rid of it and not just paint it. Very uncomfortable beds - mattress’ are wider than beds so you fall down all night. First thing you have to do after arriving is shopping - no water as a complimemtary (and you just came 200 steps with your luggage, so you dream about water!), 2 rolls of toilete paper for 6 people for 5 nights 😂 no shower gel or shampoon (dear agency, you can not call that tiny „eco soap” a shampoon). We left some water and basic cosmetics for the next locators - this is hospitality in practice. Place is nice (if you do sth with mold), but not for 3600 euro for 5 nights. You can have beautiful hotel aroud the lake with view, Walter and toilete paper for this price.
Localisation is beautiful, also the view. Although you have the same view in many towns in this area.

New ZealandThis was an amazing property, there were only a few little flaws. There were ants in one of the bedrooms, which wasn’t a huge issue but I thought is worth noting. Otherwise it is a perfect location that sells it.
The location is amazing!! Such a beautiful place, with amazing views & it’s so nice being so close to the lake for swimming. We really loved the terrace balcony, and the beautiful surroundings.

AustraliaWe drove. Road in is not easy to drive. Path from carpark to apartment is long and difficult to traverse with luggage, but worth it once arrived. Nesso small and not a lot of amenity.
Beautiful and literally hanging over the lake. Great to swim and watch others doing same. Great ferry connections at doorstep. Very large apartment with massive roof top terrace.

United StatesThe wifi only worked in one room, making it difficult to be connected in any other place in the house. The 200+ stairs were misleading and not completed disclosed in the listing. The listing was misleading. The listing said we could arrive by ferry but the ferry didi not run during our stay. The power went out one day. the listing needs to more accurately describe how difficult it is to get to this place.
The view was very nice. The lake is beautiful. The terrace was nice.
