Terrace could do with a little maintenance but perfectly usable.

Staff very helpful and hotel location is excellent for Garda itself or a 7 minute stroll to Ferry Dock if you want to explore the lake area. Bus Station is even closer, around 4 minute walk. Hotel room and public areas spotless. Continental Breakfast fresh and plentiful with hot option of bacon and scrambled eggs available daily too. Efficient friendly service.

Although dated, the hotel is very clean, the staff are all very pleasant and helpful and our room and bathroom were very large. The breakfast options were plentiful and good quality. There was a kettle with complimentary tea/coffee in the room and the location was good. There was no shower however, just a bathtub with a flexible hose. Overall we were very happy with the accommodation.

Hotel was reasonably basic without many facilities, but was comfortable and clean. Located next door to a church whose bells rang loudly at 7am every morning. Also grass was cut in the square outside the hotel at around 6am one morning! Different plug sockets so normal adapters didn't work, and only provided one adapter by the hotel. Also booked a double room and asked for a double bed but was two twin beds pushed together so cut a deep ridge in the middle which wasn't very comfortable.

Very friendly staff. Very accommodating for providing a gluten free breakfast. Hotel was nice and clean. Generally location was very good, basically right on the lake and supermarket less than 5 minute walk away.

Ac is not working before mid june, somehow they have decided not to put ac on, they are not mentioning it when people make their reservations, big minus! They have their own parking paces, which are pretty much empty but they dont give them to occupants, makes no sense

Our room had a big bathroom that was ok. We missed a better shower though. Walls around the bathtub maybe, or even bytter, a walk in shower. Some rooms have, but not ours...

Great location and supernice, friendly and welcoming staff. Very good breakfast, also with glutenfree options. One of the best we have experienced! Nice big room. We had a lovely 10 days stay.

I loved the off the main strip location and the mid century retro decor and vibes.

Needed some TLC. For instance the terrace floor was flaking and needed either artificial turf or repainting. The guest rooms downstairs were a little dated. The breakfast was adequate but needed a little bit of variety as it was the same each day although plenty, . The back rooms were very noisy with the traffic late evening and early morning. It would be worth mentioning in description that rooms at rear can sometimes be noisy. At least people are aware. We were not aware until the last day we could use the swimming pool at a sister hotel. That is something that might be useful to communicate.

Staff were always pleasant and willing to help. Location of property was excellent Breakfast was good. Room was good and was very clean and decent size. Wonderful view of the lake from the terrace. We would book this hotel again.

The hotel is old, dispite well maitaned.But the beds are a bit too soft.And bathrooms need some refreshing. (hair dryers and ventilation)

Well, this is a very good hotel. But we cant understand that such a good hotel has a wifi, 1-1,5 mB. Like in Sweden 30 years ago. We had our own mobil 5G, so. In the reception they thought 1-1,5 mB is good. it is NOT, its nothing, 2023. We also wonder why Booking.com dont rate/meassure the wifi. Free wifi, offcourse, but is it useable?

Hotel Terminus is not the Ritz or Savoy, but the location is superb, the staff are excellent, the place is spotless, this was our third stay and we have enjoyed all three, couldn’t fault it.

The most unpleasant thing was the parking, which we were not allowed to use because we booked the hotel through Booking.com and not directly through the site. The hotel is very old, there is mold and permits on the building foundation. poor breakfast, no activities from the hotel, old furniture and uncomfortable depressing design, hard mattress. the hotel is not worth the money we paid. I would give the hotel a maximum 2 stars!

The property is old n run down a bit, and the bathrooms can definitely by renovated - if not the entire hotel. But the reception staff at the hotel were the WORST. Not courteous (borderline rude) with zero regards for customer’s problems!!
