Bathroom was dirty, badly structured. The shower was in the middle of the bathroom, between the sink and the toilet, without at least a shower curtain ,spilling water everywhere in the bathroom. The worst, and the main issue, was the sewage. The water of the shower did not go through and flooded the whole bathroom in a way that towels had to be constantly by the door to avoid it to flood the outside hall too and making the whole apartment smells like humidity. Now we understand why he did not advertise pictures of the bathroom along with kitchen and bedrooms pictures. He knows that, if he posts it, he will not have clients booking with his property.

Good location, fairly clean, comfortable beds, spacious, good air conditioning, despite its drainage being inside of the bedroom and we had to empty the bucket full of water everyday ourselves. Internet was very good too. Staff was friendly but sometimes left us without answer when we questioned about the problems we found in the apartment.

Floor was full of hairs, they didn't clean. My Mrs end up cleaning floor. Other then that everything was brilliant.

They didn't have the number of beds I had on my reservation, so I had to pay $40 more to be on another room. The bathroom was so uncomfortable. They changed me the city tax twice, on my reservation and on the property.

It’s not really a hotel or apartment, per se. It may have been an apartment at one point. Now it’s some kind of office or something that has been partially converted into bedrooms. You’re reserving bedrooms.

Air conditioners worked. Although one make loud cracking noises every 20 minutes or so, making it difficult to sleep.

Please read carefully, you won't regret it later. First of all, I would say, definitely see the room before paying for it, then decide to stay. The hotel is filthy, the rooms are filthy, it's a disgrace. The breakfast is a disgrace, they're practically stealing people's money. It's definitely not suitable for a family. We went, you shouldn't go.

One small thing - bathroom is new but the shower space the outlet of water was choked so water got accumulated while taking shower but was manageable..

Property location & facilities provided are really good plus staff is excellent.. We got help to keep our luggage post checkout, which helped us .

Tiny elevator. You get what you paid for. Value for money.

Very nice and helpful manager. He allowed us to leave the bags before check-in and after check-out. Close to Termini station which is a communication hub.

When we move in, staff try charge City Tax more like was in a bill from Booking.com and ask in a cash for City Tax. Than shower head not working in first day, but they fixed in second day, and in my room was a bug under pillow. And hotel try take money from my account day before but in a booking.com was pay in a property.

Location was convenient if you need to travel by train to other places as it is near the Termini Station. You can have your breakfast in a cafe which is a few steps away from the apartment.

The pros: the proximity to the train station, the price and the breakfast ( at the café we received really good pastry and bottles of water, for those who didn't want coffee). Also the bathroom looked nice and was clean. The cons: it was really loud ( the windows opened on the main street and right outside there was a terrace open until 2am), it had a really bad odor inside ( probably mold combined with mosquito spray) For one night it was ok, but iI would not recommend for a longer stay.
