Quite basic, couldn't even find extra toilet paper. Suitable for students according to my opinion and what I saw from the other guests but as older travelers more comfort is needed and this was not quite it.

Great location, right next to the train and bus stations in Bari. Everything is really at walking distance. The explanations for entering and exiting the building were quite detailed and precise which was good as it is an older building.

Old Elevator was not working that day , room in the 7th floor. Instructions could be better , saying the correct exit from train central (not to the park) and phone number to assist with the old elevator . With luggage (heavy) was a pain.

Excellent location for a night stay for those using the train station or coming from airport (super easy and affordable) to go to from airport to the apartment.

As some have said , elevator is weird. Can be sketchy at night, but fortunately I didn’t have any problems. Other guests can be heard.

There's no kettle in the shared kitchen so making tea was really difficult using an old fashioned kettle on the hob. This took about 15 mins to boil then poured boiling hot water everywhere when I tried to pour it. The lift is also erratic, one time we left with cases it didnt work so we had to take cases on 7 flights of stairs. Also, the key to the front door of building didnt work so we had to hope a resident was coming out or contact host each time to release it.

This was our second stay. The rooms are very clean and the location is fantastic for Bari Centrale and access to old town. The host is extremely helpful. Nice balcony.

Lift was very old and made me very nervous. No tea/coffee making facility within the actual room. Was a lot of noise from local area as it is very central, but I put blind down which reduced it.

Clean, very close to station, easy access with clear directions/instructions from host. Modern bathroom and decor. Nice balcony with city or park view depending on room at front or back.

Shower was really small. Room wasn't ready upon my arrival, but owner solve it within 2 hours, so at the end ok.

Communication with owner was really good, she try to solve everything and react really quickly.

I didn't like the zone itself. Full of homeless people and dirty on the streets.

I liked that was closed to the rail station and bus and near Lidl.

Proximity to the train station. Bed was comfy. Room was clean. Having access to a kitchen was great. Communication with the host was great and the check-in/out process was very simple.

We wanted an apartment for 1 night near the train station, as we were leaving early the next morning by train. The apartment took a bit to find (although, with hindsight, the instructions were clear) but it was fine and suited our needs

There is no kettle in the kitchen (we had to boil water using a pan). Some guests were very noisy - all noises can be heard from the bedroom, unfortunately there were even some who rang the main door bell in the middle of the night - was a bit of a pain point, especially travelling with a child. Unfortunately some guests also took our drinks from the refrigerator :/ In the room we were staying in, there was the plug socket beneath the desk which needs replacement - it is very dangerous as the wires are visible with electricity flowing through - was very anxious about it especially with my daughter around.

Very clean location, it was a little bit cold and noisy because of the windows. Very well positioned apartment, quick access to the center 10 min walking) and near the train station ( 1 min).

There is mold in the bathroom shower, and since the space is very narrow, the smell is felt in the room as well.

The team is very attentive and flexible, and open to listening to any needs 👍

My room was directly next to the common kitchen area which was fine as nobody used it or hung out there during my stay but this could be a source of noise for this particular room.

Great location and fantastic communication from the staff who were very helpful. The room was nice, clean and comfortable.
