Great place to stay to see Bocelli

The only thing that was a little uncomfortable was the shower. The water was taking too long to drain.

The villa is centrally located in one of the typical Tuscan villages. The building must be historical, but renovated - giving a vibe of modern mixed with the old style. Our apartment had two independent bedrooms and a studio. We stayed for a night, but we did have a great time. The welcome gift from the hotel - free tickets to the winery and wine tasting, was a lovely gesture and the experience was absolutely amazing. Cafes and shops are easily accessible and the neighborhood seemed to be fun with some live music playing in the street.

We were fairly disappointed about the theme. It was reason we booked in the area. The indoor pool was more of a rehabilitation center or old folk facility. No spa facilities were open. I did call ahead to check but wasn’t mentioned.

Nice open grass area did kids/dog to move around. Heaters worked good.

Hot water supply was limited and bathroom requires some renovation.

The hosts are very welcome and helpful, the location is also very good, close to many attractions around.

The air conditioning didn’t work well and the unit was too hot to sleep … only there for 1 night so made due but if was planning a longer stay needed working aircon

We were at the top floor without lift and we have a 10 months old baby. The air conditioning in the living room was repaired recently but still not functioning. It wasn’t a big problem since the temperatures outside were still acceptable for a Southern guy like me.

Our host Romina was very friendly and flexible. Location is top if you want to go to the thermal pool. You can just go on your slippers. The flat was very large and keeping the baby was easier than in a hotel room.

The room was spacious but was just under the inclined roofs. So one can only access the end of the room on your knees - not super convenient. Also the room's windows were the tiniest I have ever seen, so it was in fact pretty dark at all times. No good lighting to compensate - in fact the bathroom is lit by a fairly nasty fluorescent light, which made it look quite gloomy and contributed to giving the place a somewhat unwelcoming atmosphere.

Well located, very close to the center of the village of Casciana Termine. The hotel looks nice from the outside (but much less so inside). The breakfast is offered in a nearby beautiful caffe which offers excellent coffee and good pastries, but is otherwise not super-varied. (It also isn't entirely clear what is offered as part of the breakfast and what isn't). The proximity to the thermal baths (which are a bit dated but very nice nevertheless) was well appreciated.

The villa did not live up to what it advertised, we were 40 steps up to our room, with no help at all with bags, and we are in our 70/late 60:s The shower in apartment was in a cupboard. The welcome was just 2 bottles of water, in a place where there was not hardly any shops. Not even a tea bag or a sachet of coffee. It was double the price we had paid the previous 3 days in Lucca. We were attending a concert and they wanted to charge us €80 euros each for transport. The whole experience was very poor

Shower and bathroom light were not working properly, a dead pigeon was staying for 2 days on the side of the hotel, and we had to alert the reception to clean it...and still, not properly cleaned

A bit hard to find and we misunderstood that there was a pool-there is not.

It is so cute! The staff are so friendly! We were able to check in early. The breakfast was made from scratch and delicious! The property is very nice! Parking is secure.

Lovely apartment- comfortable, good air con ( it was 38 degrees outside). Staff , charming and so helpful with everything- organised our transport to a concert. Great place -great value.

The water in the shower does not flow, there is no hot water, we could not even wash our hair. There is no iron at the reception, or they didn’t give it, I was ready to pay for it. but they said it was not provided. The room feels smoky, the sofa in the living room should at least be cleaned, but it is better to change the cover.

Very friendly not a young man, helped us to accommodate.
