The sound when opening the room door sounds like a prison cell opening :D

The best were the pools, indoor and outdoor. Tasty and varied breakfast. Comfortable bed. Very close to the beach and bus stop to Grosseto.

Everything was ok. Reception communication is not the best. If you ask, they answer. However a lady who was not from the reception was really helpful about the room and also the manager out of the reception was smiling and caring. You can find gluten free food at the breakfast, which was the same. We felt ok, but to be honest this is not 4 star.

The room we had really was tiny, the picture did not really show how small it is. Having said that, we did not spend much time there, but they could have put two chairs and a small table on the postage stamp balcony and it would have been nice.

The Pool was amazing as was the Spa. However, they really don't tell you about the spa, which is a miss. Had we not met someone who told us about it and brought us there, we would have missed it entirely. The two small bottles of water every day were a nice touch.

Room air-conditioning barely does anything. Cooled down the corridor but not the main bedroom due to how vents were positioned

There were no robes provided in the room for the spa so we asked god two at the spa reception but we weren’t told we would be charged 20€ for the use of them!

The location of TV in the room was inconvenient. It was fixed on the wall on the side of the bed which made us keep our head turned to watch the TV and caused neck pain! It should be fixed on the wall in the front of the bed.

The breakfast was awesome! It had many many varieties and very good. The staff attending to the guests during breakfast was very friendly, attentive and helpful too.

Room was small and furniture needs updated. Asked 3 times at reception for new bulb in bathroom light as difficult to see, but didn't happen.

Pool and spa were great. Breakfast had good variety and staff worked hard to keep everything topped up. Barman friendly and attentive.

Felt a bit like a conveyor belt at times and lacked the occasional bit of humanity which the setting deserved

Pool was superb - enough to make up for th early season dip being a bit chilly at first. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Drinks were a bit ordinary and a bit too serve yourself which spoilt it a bit.

Fourth time here this year, confortable, clean, good design, nice breakfast, quite nice spa too, finally had the chance to use the large outside pool!

The shower box is small and the position of the shower jet is uncomfortable. Same thing for the toilet paper holder (positioned too much backward). The general feeling of the hotel is an old (fascist) building.

The indoor hot springs and spa are very nice! Two saunas, one steam bath, another sort of steam bath, 2 hot water large tubs (one with little shoulder-neck message jet streams), one kneipp path and another large tub with hydro massages. Water and tisanes for free. The breakfast has a good assortment.
