United KingdomThe only thing that I believe would improve this hotel is providing tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms.
I loved everything about this hotel. The room was lovely and spacious. The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of toiletries available. We were provided with a dressing gown, pool towels and slippers for the duration of our stay. The thermal pool was lovely and the water jets were very relaxing. The food was amazing. We were full board and were provided with breakfast in the breakfast room which was delicious and plentiful with a wide range of foods including cereals, eggs, hams, cheeses, fruit, veg and breads. Lunch and Dinner was served in another room and here we had four choices for starter and main course with a desert at lunch and various cakes to choose from in the evening. All the food was incredible and we were never hungry. We sat in the evening by the pool with a drink which was really nice. We played tennis throughout our stay and rented cycles, both of which were free. The staff were all very friendly including the owners who stopped to chat on many occasions and have a real passion for the hotel. I would not hesitate to return here again.

EstoniaAnnoying supervisor at the SPA. Hamam was a bit old, and it was not actually a hamam but rather steam sauna.
Pools were very nice and warm. Room and beds were comfortable. We've also got one room changed by the staff so our 2 rooms have a door in between, hence staff was helpful. Great location, walking distance from restaurants and cafes. Breakfast was very good.

BulgariaThe only slight inconvenience we experienced was with parking, as the hotel was fully booked during our stay and available spots were sometimes hard to find. That said, everything else more than made up for it, and we would happily return again.
We had a lovely and relaxing stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and quiet space to unwind. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, which made us feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool and spa area—both were very well kept and perfect for a bit of rest and rejuvenation. It was clear that great care goes into maintaining these facilities.

ItalyRooms are a little dated, but nonetheless very clean and comfortable. A peaceful night's rest is assured.
Very enjoyable terme pools, great food, excellent staff. Had a wonderful stay and will return again! Hotel staff are very professional, polite and client-focused. The restaurant staff are well-trained and deliver an enjoyable breakfast and dinner experience.

LithuaniaThis time the evening staff's inattention upon our late arrival was disappointing. We booked 2 separate bookings because we arrived late at night, just for an overnight stay. One booking for 1 night without dinner, the other booking for 2 nights with dinner, breakfast is always included. The reception did not warn us that they had upgraded the room category for only 1 night, although both bookings had the same room category, only the meals option was different. After breakfast, we calmly left the hotel by train to Venice, walked there, and were informed at 11 am that we had to move to another room of a lower category. We were stressed that we were not warned. What to do, to return from Venice? We wanted to stay in a better room with a surcharge, but there were no places for us for the next nights, the hotel was full. It was good that we can to move when we returned in the afternoon from Venice. The other room was good enough, only without a large bath, there were really not many differences, only the radiator heating did not work, we had to ask for help. This time we were not as happy with the food as before. The fruit salad for breakfast had a strange taste, as if it was not fresh. The dinner was of a lower level than before: the salmon was overcooked, even the pasta dishes were not particularly great. The food buffet at the Saturday evenig before dinner was also not impressive, not exceptional as before. Maybe this will change, we hope with love and respect.
I am in love with this hotel, and have visited it many times. Only this time I will not give it a 10, as always. It is a wonderful experience to pamper yourself with warm thermal pools in the winter, I especially recommend swimming pools in the morning and later in the evening, when there are fewer people, then you will feel all the beauty of nature. The hotel is very clean, tidy and comfortable. It is especially convenient for us to visit Padua and Venice by train, we tried it many times. There is also a good connection with Treviso and Venice airports. Therefore, I have hope that I will return.

ItalyWe enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The pools were nice, the water was warm. The Turkish bath area was amazing. The staff was great, especially the ladies from the beauty center. I had a massage with Roberta and a wrapping treatment with Rafaella and they were both really nice and professional. Dinner was delicious, it was a lot of food! We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet selection and the fresh fruit.

AustraliaBlonde lady acting like boxer dog each time she saw something she didn't like, she was like a little dictator at dinner and breakfast to her staff, slamming plates, cups and even entire tray into her staff's hands with little or no warning.or forever calling them to tell them what to do. She also yelled at customers as soon as they did something she didn't like...no sense of hospitality, just of rules...frustrating! She only was accommodating top visible very rich people, based on clothes or people in wheelchairs. Within two days, she told me off four times....😂 Shower floor was slippery, despite uneven floor. Over 100 channels, none in English, German nor French to watch a movie and Netflix you need your own account. 3E per bottle of sparkling mineral water. At rate of room with meals, I feel that softdrinks should be included.
Breakfast and dinner included, main guy welcoming at dinner, very friendly, accommodating and helpful and room and bathroom large. Bath shape of spa bath. Dr in house in case of treatments. Welcome apéritif on arrival day. Free carpark.
