We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment which had a double bed and sofa bed in the same room as the kitchen which was fine for the 3 of us. The setting is so peaceful during our stay in Aug was quiet around the pool most days, very relaxing. Pastries and coffee each morning was such a treat and we looked forward to this each morning. Domenico was so helpful and responsive via WhatsApp with booking a restaurant and sharing local information. Pamela was on hand in the mornings to check in and to ask any questions. We loved our stay here, apartment had everything we needed, rooms were clean and pool was big enough to cool off. If you’re looking to get away from busy areas and unwind this place is perfect. Car is needed and with so much to see locally will be well used. We kept going back to Ostuni in the evenings as it’s close by and amazing food. We used the Familia supermarket a few minutes away as it has everything. We’ll be back.

First, the hosts, Domenico and Pamela, were amazing. When you read all the reviews the expectations when you come in are high and they truly deserve it! Customer service is key in any field and they master it, it starts even before you have arrived at their beautiful resort. You feel at home and they treat you like you were family. We really enjoyed our stay and they deserve a 5*+++. If you travel to Puglia put Tenuta Sante a priority on your list! Grazie mille!

Pamela and Domenico were fantastic and very kind hosts. They made it all such a great and hassle free experience. Great communication via WA, too. Even though it is not officially offered, there was alway Italian breakfast (coffee and sweet pastries) every morning. The location was perfect for me, as it was within walking distance to my friends staying nearby. Also a great spot for seeing the sites as many places are only a 20-60 minute drive away. Bring a car and explore this beautiful part of Italy (definitely go to Ustuni and Lecce!). Tranquil and quiet place to stay at. The local village (7min drive) also has two great, local, places to eat and drink at.

We stayed at Tenuta Santé for just two days, but it was absolutely fantastic. Pamela and Domenico were the most welcoming hosts and went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. All the facilities were spotless and beautifully maintained. We truly wish we could have stayed longer and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Puglia.

Maybe an oven would help cater for ourselves more easily, although we didn't have too many difficulties. There was a small microwave, but having a proper oven available would have made things a little easier.

We couldn't have been made to feel more welcome or looked after any better during our stay. Little touches such as pastries and coffee being brought every morning added to our experience. The pool area is lovely. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Thank you for getting our time in Puglia off to a fantastic start.

Nothing. Only thing to note is you really need a car to stay at this property as you need to drive to everything. I saying that, this is a great location as you are well positioned to cover a lot of territory to see Puglia.

Tenute Santa was absolutely stunning. The attention to detail of the property was exceptional with all modern amenities. Domenico and Pamelo have created such beautiful premises that was perfect for us for a few days in the area. Our children loved the infinity pool and we loved the atmosphere of being surrounded by the olive trees. The hosts went out of their way to make our stay absolutely perfect. We got some amazing recommendations and even got to try the family’s olive oil

This property is amazing. It is exactly as shown in the pictures, but what the pictures can’t show is the feeling and passion that the owners Domenico and Pamela personally put into the property and how well they treat their guests. They would make us coffee, bring us amazing pastries and had brilliant recommendations for food in the region. If I could rate the property 11 out of 10, I would. It’s the best place we have stayed from all the different ones we have ever done with booking.com. The location is perfect to be able to base yourself and visit as we did Matera one day, Alberobello and Polignano e mare the next and Lecce and south another.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Tenuta Sante. The hosts, Pamela and Domenico, made us feel right at home and were so welcoming to us and especially our children. They were always happy to help and give us tips for day trips. We already miss our daily morning coffee and chat! The property is new, spotlessly clean and well thought out. The apartment is perfect for a family, with cooking facilities and two bedrooms separate from the living space and a private terrace. The garden has plenty of space to run around in without disturbing other guests and the pool has a shallow end great for smaller children. The area is very calm and surrounded by olive groves. The location is perfect for trips around Puglia, close to beaches and beautiful towns and also a short drive from supermarkets and restaurants. Highly recommend!

The property is exeptional, quite place where you can relax. Beautiful sourunding. Couple Domenico and Pamela are very nice, in the morning you get coffee and homemade cake. We loved staying here. Perfect place for taking daily trips around Puglia.

We have been completely blown away by our holiday at Tenute Sante this week that we are truly sad to have left! Pamela and Domenico…. What can I say? They have gone out of their way to do everything and anything possible to make us feel so comfortable and relaxed at their property. All you need to do is send them a message about recommendations for local restaurants/ pizzerias/beaches/nearest shops/places for massages and straight away an array of fabulous recommendations with exact locations on Google maps sent to you, even offering to book a table for you if needed. My partner and I wanted to have a local massage but had no idea where to find one, after asking Pamela and Domenico half an hour later Pamela was on the phone to a local massage place and an appointment was made for us for the next day…but…. At Tenute Sante! In the relaxed garden right next to our apartment!! we couldn’t believe the amazing service! The masseuse would come to us rather than us going to them! wow!! We couldn’t believe how efficient and caring both Pamela and Domenico were with us, they truly made our experience the best it could have been. They offered us ice coffee each morning to our terrace, they regularly dropped off morning sweet treats for us to enjoy when we woke up in the morning. It wasn’t just a holiday for us, we made so many good friends with the guests at Tenute Sante. Everyone was so friendly, we regularly chatted to our neighbours when we relaxed by the pool or on our terrace which was lovely. Pamela and Domenico treated everyone so well and connected guests together which I thought was amazing. They truly cared about every one of their guests and it never went unnoticed. Our apartment was brand new, clean, smelt amazing, amazing aircon (in the 30+degree heat you really need it), fresh towels, great facilities, beautiful terrace looking out onto the pool area, washing line for wet clothes, cooking facilities. Everything you needed and more!

Highly recomended place. It is just opened, so everything is new. This is the place where you want to come back. Very warm and nice owners take care of everything you need and more. Actually I have never experienced so welcoming owners. Small towns with restaurants and groceries are just 10 minutes drive from the place. Greetings to Domenico and Pamela! :) and good luck!

It was like staying with a beloved family, in this gorgeous, serene, location. the place is beautiful - the surroundings, the pool - all new and well kept just like in the pics. the flat is spotless clean, smells delicious and comfy. but what made everything so special are the owners - Pamela and Domenico - this level of hospitality is not something you can't find every day. Everything is done from the heart and with a high level of care. The flat is a self catering one - you can find everything you need in there. and yet, every single day we were greeted with delicious homemade treats. when we arrived we were greeted so warmly and invited to share a meal of local food with them with friends and family. we were truly blown away. I hIghly recommend this place for a peaceful, secluded and relaxing holiday in Puglia. we are definitely going to be back!

It is a wonderful place for those who want to get away from the noise and have a good rest. The surroundings are beautiful, the hosts are wonderful and they have made many surprises with local food and drinks. They recommended wonderful food places known only to locals. The cleanliness and tidiness of the house was ideal. All the essentials are provided on arrival. The pool is cleaned every day with plenty of space around. Easy access to all surrounding towns. The very best recommendations for this home. We will definitely come back here again and again.

The warmth of Pamela & Domenico cannot be surpassed and you immediately feel at home in a big family! The Tenuta is a pearl full of love and energy. The pool with loungers is wonderful for relaxing and the beautiful olive trees all around complete the whole place. The room has everything you need, large, clean, modern and quiet! Pamela, the soul of the Tenuta and the perfect hostess, surprises you every morning with delicious pastries from the local bakery. Domenico, with his lovely nature, fulfills your every wish and always has a good tip ready. The two run the Tenuta with love and passion that touches your heart.
