Property is very beautiful. Spacious. We stayed for 2 nights.location and the view is magnificent. The staff is very friendly, during our stay there was issue with the hot water, the staff did their best to resolve the issue and offered us alternative property to use. Ample of parking space is available.

Nothing really. Beds seemed a bit old but it was really nothing bad.

Everything! TQ is spectacular! Incredible views over the valley to San Gimignano, fantastic facilities and grounds, wonderful swimming pool, peace and tranquillity away from the sometimes overwhelming crowds in Tuscany and large well furnished rooms. Our family absolutely loved it here.

The mattresses on the beds were a bit hard. Was further out of town than quoted on booking site- especially when you’re walking!!

Decoration a little tired. Not as good as it looks in the brochure

TQ is out in the sticks so if you want to see Tuscany you will nee a car and you will need to drive to any of the local restaurants or wineries. The apartment was ample for us two couples. We didn't cook or even make breakfast but the facilities were there if you need too. Pool and gardens were lovely. Staff were great and very helpful. We ate in the bistro more than once and thoroughly enjoyed it.

In the night of our booking, the structure was holding an event. The staff informed us and, for the same price, they moved us in a more quiet area of the residence so not to be disturbed by the event. Staff extremely gentle. We have truly appreciated the attention. Definitely recommended place. Views from the garden are amazing, swimming pool very good.

The mattress was hard for us.

Very beautiful apartment with beautiful view to Toscana valley. You wake up with birds singing and go to sleep with all nature’s beauty. In the condo was full kitchen and facilities that make your stay comfortable. The area is one of the best in Toscana, very short drive from san Gimignano. The air-con was a little old and very lazy but the staff were friendly and helpful and fix it after short day. The beds are hard but overall we really enjoyed in our 6 days stay.

The appartment we were upgraded to was spacious and perfect for a family. However my dust allergies flared up a lot in the rooms which is a sure sign that it was dusty and or moldy somewhere in the vicinity. The furniture and bathrooms are very old-fashioned and there seemed to be a wet spot on the outside of the bathroom wall.

The whole complex is beautiful and walking around gives you an unforgettable view of the valley. Facilities and amenities are good. Breakfast buffet was also great. There is a place to park your car. Perfect for a group or family vacation.

Location is very convenient if you want to visit San Gimignano, however you need to have car.

It was our error that we expected a stereotypical Italian Villa, and we were not aware that there was other self contained accommodation on the property, so we did not expect so many families. Not a complaint, but just something to be aware of if you are expecting quiet relaxation at the pool. On check-in it was confronting to learn that fresh daily towels would be at a cost. The room was slightly smaller than we expected. Pool towels are available at a cost, but they are discoloured/ stained. Some of the outdoor seating near the cafe needs replacing as they are very weathered / broken. We saw so much potential of the property. We could imagine more of a real Italian family dinner feeling at the cafe, with large outdoor tables were guest could mingle and dine together. The setting is perfect for it.

The location of this property was perfect for exploring the best of Tuscany. The main building has guest rooms (with wheel chair access), a large dining and attached function room, ideal for weddings, and its own outdoor seating area. The reception / cafe area is where a nice breakfast is served, either inside or on outside tables, surrounded by olive trees. Dinner is served there too, where we are each night and the food was delicious! It is also lovely to sit outside in this area for a pre-dinner cocktail. The property has a pool and area with numerous pool lounges and umbrellas. It was very welcome during our stay, to cool down every afternoon. On our last day, we were offered beverages by the pool, which added to our relaxation. Pool towels are available. The property also has several self contained apartments ideal for families.

More laundry facilities but that is it.

The staff was great! We needed to do laundry as we were traveling for a while. They kept the laundry room open so we could finish. The staff was very helpful especially when there was a wedding going on and they were very busy. We didn’t book dinner before we arrived but they accommodated us and the breakfast was wonderful with great views!

The bistrot was too expensive but quality of food was ok. Too much noise in the pool, many inflatables (which should not be allowed in a pool of a hotel) and people shouting, it made the stay less relaxing than it could have been.

A lot of rules and restrictions when they are booked for weddings or other parties. Outdoor sofas and fountain only turned on for booked arrangements - would have been nice if it was for everybody
