There were some small insects in the kitchen area in the room. It could have been because it's the countryside, as the apartment was cleaned really well and that was not an issue.

The location was beautiful. The breakfast options were great with the possibility to sit inside or outside. The restaurant was delicious. The restaurant staff and staff during breakfast were friendly and they were also kind to our 2 year old. The grounds and pool were lovely. We also enjoyed a spontaneous wine tasting at the winery.

The rooms lacked paper towel, and some furniture and linens were stained.

The property was beautiful in a quiet setting outside of the city. Rooms had a distinct character with outdoor space. Wine tasting and store on the property provided a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Everything was above expectations especially the approachability of the staff. We felt like part of the family, when visiting the winery we had the opportunity to see first-hand how excellent wines are made we also tried local cheeses which were excellent paired with wines. Breakfast was bursting with the flavours of Tuscany. While for dinner we were left speechless with the ambience we were watching the sunset view of the vineyard and excellent food and wine in a relaxed and light atmosphere. We will also come back next year for a longer stay.

It was a bit far from Florence, but it was our choice. We anyway were happy to choose this place.

Lovely and peaceful place. We were 5 couples (10 people), friends from one university, who booked this hotel to visit Andrea Bocelli's concert. We had a great time and regretted that we didn't book for longer time. We definitely come back here and for 7 days or more. Absolutely, 10 out of 10.

Perfect location and beautiful surroundings, a pleasant pool, and an atmospheric restaurant. The staff did an excellent job, as did the very nice owner. I recommend this place for a relaxing break.

I loved Il Palazzo. It was my favourite place of out whole Tuscany trip. The restaurant on location is fantastic. The views are incredible and the pool was an added bonus.

Il Palazzo is a great getaway. The restaurant serves wonderful breakfast and great dinner, which was very convenient since the location is away from Arezzo. The owners and staff were extremely friendly, very helpful and generous.

Beautiful location, great wine, cozy restaurant with amazing Italian food. The people are very friendly and the whole place is super clean and remodelled. The apartment we stayed in was very big (nr 11) the bed is nice and bathroom very good as well. The wines from the winery are very tasty.

The location and staff were lovely. It was good to be able to dine in-house, with the wine and olive oil produced there. The dinner was good - and this is not a complaint, not at all - the menu was meat-heavy, so vegetarians might not get much variety. But I imagine the staff would provide for vegetarians if warned ahead of time.

The agriturismo is absolutely fantastic! We loved everything - the food, the views of the countryside and vineyards, the tranquillity and the wine. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast is rich and the dinner was also very tasty. We really enjoyed our stay.
