The air conditioning machine was a little underpowered for the heat but as we arrived late it was fine overnight.

A very authentic and comfortable place in a beautiful quiet location. Excellent restaurant offering exceptional wines. Very comfy bed and plenty of space. Pretty surroundings with gorgeous views. Excellent breakfast.

The bathroom had a door problem that was solved by a key that the stuff brought to close it.

They have a very good restaurant, it's the third time that we book in this hotel and every time we dine in the restaurant.

It was a bit cold everywhere, in the room, the restaurant. The room warmed up after turning the A/c on, but not the restaurant. The Bugia restaurant is in the same building as the hotel, not sure if it is the same management (likely not), it is convenient if you don't want to go out, but unless you're really really tired, there are several other better places very close in the area.

It was a nice facility overall, in an old Tuscan style building. The lady at the reception was very kind and responsive, I think she gave us an upgrade. The location was convenient not far from the highway exit. Good amenities for a 3*, I would have appreciated a pair of slippers in the room. Breakfast was good.

The rooms had an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. The bathroom appeared clean, but the unpleasant smell was strong and lingered for our entire stay.

The area and scenery were absolutely beautiful, the area was quiet and there were easy access to many amenities close by within walking distance or a very short driving distance.

Nothing at all. Everything was great.

It’s a beautiful 250 year old house lovingly restored and run by family. I loved the old construction and the views from it. Even my bathroom had a stunning view of the courtyard. It was a small property that packed everything into it. A pool, the best breakfast we had through our roadtrip, the friendly management and car parking.

Whilst we asked for, and were allocated a ground floor room, it was right next to the restaurant. There was some noise up till 11pm. But it was 'happy noise'.

Good sized room and nicely appointed. Clean. Staff were helpful. Nice quite location. Breakfast was great and a lovely setting.

It was exeptional staying. Staff were wellcome and nice. Rooms were neat and comfortable, despite of the moderate size. Good restaurant. Quite and peaceful atmospheere, birds singing, marvelouse vies all around. The best way to have a rest, enjoy the nature and at the same time discover Toscana.

The mattress was truly awful. Though for one night it is okay, but I am pregnant at the 9th month and sleeping has been an issue. I would suggest the owners to replace all mattress and cushions.

The hotel has a restaurant and the parking lot used to be full at lunch or supper's time.

Excelent building, well furbished and clean rooms. Lovely place to stay in Tuscany, 30 minutes away from Florence and quick access to A1 highway. Great breakfast too.

Our sleep was disturbed by mosquitos in the room ,even in late October , and this was not helpful. They need to put something in the room to fix this.

A nice small hotel located a 5 minute drive from the Outlet Shopping Mall and close to the motorway. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean .Bathroom is small but adequate . The restaurant at the hotel is super and we had a fabulous dinner there ...really very good. Breakfast was ok , it is not in the same restaurant, with a buffet style with an acceptable choice and quality if you do not want hot food.

Decor a bit too dark, could do with better lighting in the lounge & bedroom, pricey specials( seafood), pool needs updating, mattress caves in the middle & needs changing
