How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

A spacious and clean apartment with plenty of beds, but communication was difficult due to the language barrier, breakfast was underwhelming for the price, and the pool was disappointingly not ready despite being in season.

The fact that we only stayed for one night...wish we had stayed longer.
We couldn’t have been happier with our stay in this beautiful apartment—it truly felt like home from the moment we walked in. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making the space not only comfortable but also full of character and warmth. Even though we only stayed for one night, it’s a place we’ll always remember. The attention to detail made all the difference, and we honestly wished we had booked for longer. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back again.

Nice and friendly welcome. Rooms was clean, maybe not so modern but it has that correct style, bathroom aslo clean. Apartment has access to swimming pool but as we stayed one night only we was not using it. Breakfest is waiting at you, at your apartment, so you can start it next day, when you want at your apartment - was good prepared so everyone has a good meal - even children with cereal and milk from cooler. Good place to visit Padwa and Venice. Apartment is located at winery so you can buy/taste local wine. Inside apartment you have some local travel leaflets, with it you can do some foot trips around local hils - next time when we will be there we can think of such trips. Nice to walk around as local vinery is near by. Grazie

Beds were quite uncomfortable and squeaking because they were so old.
Awesome friendlyness of hosts. Great location that is not overrun by tourists. Great spot to stay. We will definitely come back. :-) Thanks a lot for the hospitality, Michaela! ❤️

We could not really enjoy the outdoor/pool area due to the impressive amount of mosquitoes!
The place is very comfortable and clean, spacious and well-equipped. It is very quiet at night, we slept very well!

Cozy accommodation in a quiet location. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay. You can prepare a snack or lunch in the kitchen. There were many options for breakfast. We were warmly welcomed, including our dog. The accommodation was really very clean! The accommodation is on the vineyard. The owners showed us the vineyard, including the wine processing equipment. We also sampled their wines and took a few home with us. The surroundings are beautiful - vineyards, mountains, beautiful views, rural landscape. We used the accommodation only as an overnight stay on the way from the south of Italy - but we could certainly stay here for several days. If we ever have a trip around, we'd love to sleep over again.

The nearest restaurant was closed, but it did not depend on owner of the residence ;)
If you want to find the clean, comfortable residence in the totally quiet area, this one is fitted for you. We took a break in this place during our trip to south of Italy and it was the great choice. Owner is fantastic and very helpful. Thanks to swimming pool we were able to take a rest before continuing our trip. We also got a bottle of fantastic wine as a gift. So generally we recommend this place 100%.

I was misled by the posted photos as i expected a safer garden area for our small children. Unfortunately, this was not the case. We always had to constantly supervise them as surprisingly many cars kept driving the road leading through the estate at all times and our son kept running off to explore the machines of the vineyard and even tried to enter the immense wine barrels. The photo of the pool is rather misleading as it makes it seem WAY bigger than it actually is.
The landlady was really lovely and did everything to make us feel at home. Perfect starting point for hikes through the Euganean hills. Close to Este, Monselice, Padua, Venice, Ferrara, Bologna, Mantua and Verona.
