Incredible hotel in the heart of Chianti. We absolutely enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel, the incredible nature and the silence around. It is not difficult to get there, the approach to the hotel is convenient. Breakfasts in the garden and on the terrace are a separate pleasure. The room is really like in a castle. The beds and pillows are comfortable. We slept very well with the window slightly open and fresh air. There is no dinner at the hotel, but there are excellent restaurants within a 5-minute drive. Special thanks to the owners of the hotel. Francesco and Jasmine were very kind and hospitable to us. We felt at home and did not want to leave this beautiful place.

Like living in ferytell Jasmin and here's husband welcome us with such a worm and rilex atmosphere. The breakfast was so good and so special in the balcony. Highly recommended !

Everything was fine. Property has to reached by car and there is nothing around so possible guests needs to take this under consideration.

While I loved the house, its history, and its authenticity, I found it very dark. The whole building was surrounded by very high trees which meant that we didn't have any views of the spectacular Tuscan countryside.

We had a wonderful stay in this unique location which had the feel of an old monastery. Stunning sitting room in which you could relax and read any time of the day. Access to the kitchen 24/7 which was a great benefit because you could refill your still or sparkling water. It felt like we were personal guests in Jasmine's home. Great outside spaces or you could sit around the pool area which is covered. Jasmine provided an amazing breakfast every morning and we spent so long enjoying our food while sitting on one of the many terraces.

There is no WiFi in the room. WiFi is availabel only on the ground floor. It doesn't say so on the site. It is complicated to carry luggage to the room as the parkig lot is lower then the room enterance and there is no paved way to the room. It would be nice to have shampoo and soap in the bathroom. Breakfest is to be paid separately, 15 EURO per person.

The house and room are very nice decorated and the whole property is quiet and peacful. The hostes (owners of the property) are very nice and welcoming. They also helpes with a reseurant reservation.

Everything was perfect.

We absolutely loved the historic interiors, which were tastefully designed with incredible attention to detail. The setting was so peaceful, nestled in the stunning Tuscan countryside. The swimming pool was perfect for cooling off on a hot summer day, with plenty of comfortable spots to sit, relax, and get lost in a good book. Jasmin and Francesco were incredibly helpful, offering fantastic recommendations and going above and beyond with their kindness. They truly thought of everything. Breakfast was beautifully presented, with every detail arranged for a full silver service, overlooking the charming church and courtyard. We had an unforgettable time and can’t wait to return.

We were made to feel most welcome and had a lovely tour of the property by our host, the majestic Jasmin. The house has been beautifully restored with authentic charm and modern comforts. Our room was regal to say the least, we plunged into the refreshing pool and sipped local wine... Bellisimo! Then onto a recommended restaurant.... The best meal we had by far!! Thank you San Guisto : ) You really made our trip and we will most certainly be back! X

When we arrived at the accommodation, surrounded by a beautiful landscape, our hostess Jasmin welcomed us and showed us around the stunningly beautiful property. We immediately felt at home, which was mainly due to the great service and the extravagant interior design. The entire house is incredibly tastefully furnished and invites you to relax. The rooms are very comfortable and wonderfully equipped. We left the villa with a homemade peach cake and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Everything in this place is refined to perfection in every detail. You can find different ways of relaxing. If you just want to enjoy the view, go ahead. If you prefer to talk with hosts, they are ready to accompany you. The house is really big and has an interesting history. The hosts are hospitable and with their personality and engagement they create a unique atmosphere of this place. You will feel as a king or queen.

Restoration of an ancient building done to a very high authentic level; picturesque location; Silent place and very elegant; atmosphere of another age; Francesco and Jasmin are great hosts and it felt more like a weekend with friends than a hotel stay; breakfast was amazing - amazing eggs, Jasmin’s homemade crostata was wonderful and the setting was luxurious

It was great that you could use a communal kitchen for cooking at the property - we would suggest possibly having a schedule for guests to book a slot to cook. There is a lot of different spaces to enjoy your food - dining rooms etc.

We absolutely loved our stay, the fact that you can stay in a villa from the year 1000 is incredible and the proximity to everything is great coupled by the surrounding breathtaking nature (trails, hiking, bike trails) is an added bonus. The breakfast was exceptional. Jasmine was very friendly and helpful and made our stay very comfortable - she gave us excellent recommendations for the area. Jasmine’s cakes that she makes are phenomenal. The pool is great.
