The property is heaven on earth. From the moment you enter the yard until the room you will see a real toscan view and you will feel like you are in a toscan movie. The food from breakfast is very good, and we also eat a couple of times the dinner here. The staff is very friendly and helpful and told us lot of stories about the place. The pool is also very nice and so welcomed in hot summer days. This location is very well placed because you are very close to all cities that you should visit in Toscana like Siena, Pienza, Volterra, Florence, Pisa. I definitely recommend this place and I hope we will come back some day! ☺️

It was exactly as advertised. The apartment was as per the photos posted on website . It had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The pool area and restaurant are lovely .

We only booked a 'standard double' room so weren't expecting the height of luxury but it was a shame to only have a limited view out of a high window. The dining area was disappointing but with a stunning view.

The setting is glorious with classic Tuscan rolling hills in all directions. All the buildings have been well maintained and the range of wines, olive oil and other products to sample and buy is a bonus.

Very nice place to shut down and relax. Away from the crowds the property sits at a slight elevation with beautiful views of the rolling hills. The local produce they provide in the breakfast and the restaurant is nice. The rustic but well required and comfortable rooms were cozy.

During the stay, the water pressure was weak due to the suspension of the water supply by the local state but the heater was fixed after they sent a technician. They tried their best effort.

WiFi in our room was not useable which meant we had to go out to the courtyard or restaurant for a connection, which was very good. We saw this mentioned in other reviews

We used this as a home base for a week and did day trips to Siena, San Gimignano, Montalcino, and Vinci. We even dropped into Florence because we missed the Scuola del Cuoio on our previous visits. The apartment was nice, clean and a comfy bed. The farm products (olive oil, wine and preserves) were very good. The breakfasts were perfect for us and dinner at the restaurant exceeded our expectations. The staff there were very nice to us. It was just wonderful to walk around the farm and enjoy the views.

The restaurant could be nicer. It was a nice breakfast area but not very cozy at night. Fluorescent tube lights is not very cozy and gives a cheap impression.

Location was great and so was the room. Staff was great and the breakfast was good. Boiled eggs and fruit and vegetables was a great start of the day for me. They also offered cold cuts, cheese, yoghurt and bread/croissants as well as coffee and cappuccino. We had dinner the first night and the food was good, but not great. The pool area was nice and well maintained.

Nothing to dislike - look at where you are :)

This property is amazing, we stayed in a one bedroom apartment. The room had everything we need for a 5 night stay. Kitchen is basic, fridge, electric oven, gas cooktop, pots pans and single coffee maker. (No kettle). Bedroom was spacious, even with an extra bed for our child in it. The open living dining/kitchen space has a six seater table and a sofa. The grounds of this property are gorgeous, nice terrace area for the restaurant, pool lounges and umbrellas. We enjoyed plenty of Tuscan sun by the pool, country road walks, cooking school (done on site), staff were all very friendly and helpful. On some days small to medium sized tour groups came through for tastings of wine and olive oil, but this didn’t impact our experience.

The only very slight 'downside' was the breakfast being quite limited, this was likely exaggerated as a coach group had already had breakfast before the main breakfast time started.

Fantastic location and impressive setting on arrival, a nice area to relax after a day's cycling. There was a locked room we were able to store our bikes in. Food in the restaurant was lovely and good quality.

Everything was great. Amazing pool, clean rooms. Area around the hotel and all the little details 🙏 Breakfast with amazing view and you could find savoury and sweet options which I appreciate. Highly recommend this place !
