the only point I could mentioned here. having a room on the road view it is not the best option . It is ok, until you open a window at night ( when you want to rest from AC).

Perfect location to the main points we wanted to visit . 5min drive to the nice beach which was almost empty during the week. Seeming pool where you can cool down after a heat during the day. tasty breakfast, lot of variety of choices including scramble eggs - which is not typical in Italy

room needs updates. It was expensive for what you get The bathroom needs updates too. when I arrived at 9 pm only the father was there is elderly gentleman but no English whatsoever, somehow we managed to get things done its on main road so expect noise at some level

it was last last-minute booking after my original at another place was canceled so while it was dark I was looking for a place, so this came up, after booking.com made a big issue and managed to get this room booked, I room was big and spacious free car park good breakfast there was a pool but I didn't use and not sure where was cooling water machine at reception which great to refill your bottle

The noise from outside

The people in the place are amazing and the breakfast was very good!! The room is small and the shower is very small... We took the inside room because of the noise from the road so we had a small balcony which was nice. We stayed there for 1 night on the way of our trip. Thanks for having us!

We stayed on the side of the hotel facing the traffic, but it didn't bother us. And they offered us earplugs

Nice, clean room, with a fridge and ac. The hotel, which is owned by a lovely Italian family, is beautifully decorated. The breakfast is great, with freshly made coffee, fruits and bread. You can get extras, like scrambled eggs and meat. The staff is wonderful, friendly and goes the extra mile to help you with your needs. The pool was perfect to cool off in since we visited in the middle of july. If you want to go to the beach you can either walk for about 30 minutes, or rent a vehicle

we took the cheapest room, very affordable considering the prices in that part of Italy, and the only complaints we could find were the squeaky bed and the curtains in the shower cabin that need to be fixed better. Everything outside the room was perfect. Even if it wasn't, the kindness of the host would overcome it. A location with a view and closer to the lake would be at least twice as expensive.

The hosts of the hotel are pleasant people. We would have missed out a lot without their vacation tips. They take care of every detail, they are very dedicated to the hotel and guests, and the style of the hotel and the ambience are reflected in the pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast is excellent, the coffee too, and the dining room is nicely decorated, clean and comfortable.

The location was close to a busy road which made a lot of noise. But we knew about this in advance, most of the reviews said the same. The road was also close to supermarkets. Not close to lake Garda, you have to take a car. Also the shower curtain in our bathroom was not so good.

The friendliness of the host. She was always nice, if we needed something for breakfast, they did the cleaning, breakfast… everything by themselves. Respect for that. Our room was nice, small but very clean. No decorations. The swimming pool was very nice! Large, clean, and enough beds in sun or shadow. The breakfast was wonderful with eggs, cheese, whatever we needed.

The location was 30 mins walk to nice restaurants, 45 mins walk to the lake. However, taxis and bus services are available.

The hotel was spotless, breakfast was delicious, the pool was glorious and the staff were all so very friendly and helpful.

The shower, you have to open for a long time to have a hot bath.

maybe the showers room could have been bigger or separation between showers and 🚽 but it’s very Italian to have it all together.

we booked very last minute so did not really get time to shop for more hotels. we were warmly welcomed. we asked for a change in room and it was possible even without a balcony though. it’s a family run business so very personal and friendly. Free Parking and also a pool if only the weather was better. breakfast was typical Italian but with fresh coffee -:). we were out most of the day so no complains.

A very friendly family run hotel. Everybody was always polite, and above all very helpful with local knowledge. Breakfast was consistently good., the room was also very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

You have to visit this hotel! Employees are very kind, they give us a lot of travel recommendations. Breakfasts were delicious! We would like stand here longer :(
