We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

LithuaniaWe stayed at Tellure Apartments for one week and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was new, very clean, and had everything we needed. It was spacious enough for our family of three, and we enjoyed spending time on the terrace as well. Giulia was very friendly and welcoming, and she served us a delicious breakfast with sweets, cakes, local yogurt, juice, berries, and more. We definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the Valtellina valley!

RomaniaIf you are expecting a continental breakfast, this is not the place. You won't find vegetables, eggs, cheese or ham. We had to spend extra for buying the breakfast even though the word "breakfast" in the name of the accomodation was a big reason for booking the place. Only sweet foods were waiting for us, such as: jam, sweet yogurts, cakes, biscuits, coffee, milk and maybe others.
The accommodation was as expected. Clean, comfortable, very spacious. Cleaning will not be done daily as you would expect in hotels, but it is understandable because the accommodation is not a hotel.

Great location, safe and spacious parking spots, easy to get to. Easy access to the apartment. Amazing location, very quiet. It had everything you needed and more, from kitchenware to ear cleaning sticks.

LuxembourgThere was no dishwasher, but that is a first world problem, it was a slight inconvenience at most. I also regret not eating the cookies up to the end.
The apartment has everything you need. The kitchen is good equipped, there are cleaning utilities, and there is shampoo and body wash in the shower. Was very clean and new, felt like no one ever stayed there. All in all very cozy, loved it to stay there, just a nice place to be in. The views are gorgeous too, the location is good too, manageable if you don’t have a car because of the train. Car is really recommended though. The property owner, Giulia, is amazing, she was very accommodating and helpful, and makes very good cookies and cake.
